I use RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay every day because the company I work for doesn’t provide a route planner. I upload the CSV file, and there’s always some address to edit, which is fine. However, when you’re editing, RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay randomly shuts down without saving your progress. On top of that, when I plan a route with more than 80 stops, RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay goes crazy and sends me through the same street multiple times. But anyway, among route planning apps, this one is one of the less problematic ones.

Hi, I have been using RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay for roughly 10 months 7 days a week. As far as being easy to use, it’s a 5 Star App. As far as setting the fastest route for let’s say 18 delivery stops, it’s close to a 5 Star App, it does have the occasional location that can be right next door to another location and it will put a couple stops in between them. This has happened abt 10 times out of abt 250 times that I’ve used it. I usually can spot it and that’s when I let commonsense take over and do what I have to to make it right. Where RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay is a Low 1 Star is if you are gonna use RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay for Tax Purposes of keeping track of mileage while working. It is NEVER Correct. If I drive 215 miles in a night, it will say my mileage is abt 80 miles. I don’t think it counts the mileage from you base to your first stop and from your last stop to base, I believe it only counts the mileage from the first stop to the last which causes it to be way off. I use to report the mileage issue all the time but I now gave up because it doesn’t get fixed. So if you are getting RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay for Tax reasons, it’s not even worth any Star.
So I give it a 3 overall

When importing stops via list (copy and paste), the business name no longer populate onto the actual route. It shows the business name in the list field but once imported, it just shows the address. Causing me to have to individually add the name to each stop.

This just recently started happening.

Sometimes when I prefigure myself the night before, RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay won’t allow me to add any more stops the next morning! It pops up with an error message as if to say the address/stop doesn’t exist. Furthermore when I delete the new address and keep all the current stops from the previous “optimize and start” it continues to pop up with the error message and now I can’t use any of the stops and have to create a whole new route from scratch. Other than that RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay is great!

Updated: Had a quick response from Creator’s Tech Support, which resolved my problem. RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay really provides a smooth routing process as I drive as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, doing a once-a-week route delivering meals to poor Seniors. Creator worked hard to resolve my issues, and has my thanks and loyalty. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the free version for 3 weeks now, and it is by far the best route planner app. I have tried. I absolutely love My Way and I am going to recommend it to my boss for all the other drivers to use as well. Each route has saved me between 1-3 hours on my deliveries

So far so good! A little different than my previous software but like the report route option. Still learning but do wish navigation went straight into start instead of having to start in maps. But hey small issue: excellent options in app.

I’ve tried other “highly” rated ones, but this one is the most user friendly and flexible. As I’m newly using it, I’m discovering features that were just well thought out and it’s intuitive to use.
Seriously, thank you for its creation and for making my life easier!!

I love MyWay! it’s perfect for scheduling all my stops, and entering custom parameters so I can optimize my routes. I really like that I can upload an Excel file with the name for each stop, so it’s easier to remember what I need to do when I stop at each one.

I was able to put in all the addresses for my patient visits, and it put each one in the correct placement according to distance. You can also have it put it in according to time if you want to. Quite a timesaver when you really don’t know where some of the addresses are.

I really enjoy using RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay and it is easy to use. It has really helped me out with routing my daily routes with being new to the package delivery word. How ever there is one small issue I have discovered, when it imports the address over to my Apple Maps sometimes the address is wrong and I have to re-enter the correct address on my maps. Overall I think RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay is great!

I like that you can set certain clients at certain times but the rest will be shuffled around them to make your route as direct and time saving as possible. Just make sure you put your stopping point in every time because that can really make a difference in the route it chooses. It also allows you to put how long that stop will take so it helps you see how many jobs you can get done in one day. Extremely time saving for our business.

My way is very user friendly. I am able to add stops or remove stops during the route. Because I can change the time it takes to complete a service I am able to accurately plan my day. The only thing I wish it did was suggest a gas refueling location based on the least expensive location to buy gas on your route.

This is a great app. I enjoy this better than road warrior. There is a feature I would love to see.
In the settings menus it would be nice to have a option for the person to set times and color, so once you put the address in with the time, it will automatically add the color to stop. Yes I know you can do that when you add the stop but to have it preset for all future stops will be great.

RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay is so cool. I’m a sales rep and I typically don’t have more than 12 to 15 stops a day. I’m using the free version which gives you 20 stops for free. If you’re a courier, you’ll probably need the other version that has a cost associated with it because couriers typically have way more than 20 steps in a day. But for me, and my sales territory, this is perfect. And I’m sure the version that’s not free is worth the money.

There are certain tricks when needs to learn to use the camera for input of the street address of your destination. You have to make sure the address is on the line by itself and sometimes it doesn’t work and you have to go manual. Having said that it’s a good feature and usually works quite well saving a lot of time. And I’ve tried a lot of different apps, this one wins.

This might be the BEST app out there. If you choose to pay or opt for the free version they are both the best. I am a reseller so I find most of my stuff to sell from yard sales. If you can imagine me typing in each address takes time and during that time people are buying the good stuff! With RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay I just click next! When I drive by people and see them typing in address for the next sale I laugh in my head! Thanks for RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay . I appreciate it. 20/10

I am so grateful to have found RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay. It is an absolute life saver. I was looking for an alternative to Google and Apple Maps because I needed to track more than what they allow for a route. I believe Google only allows up to 10 and Apple only allows up to 14. I downloaded a different app before this one, but the free version only allowed up to 20 I believe. The free version of RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay does so much and has helped me saved so much time in routing my day for my job. 10/10 recommend!!

This program worked great for routing my store visits. Flew into O’Hare , was in the rental car and on my way by noon. 42 stores, 10-15 minutes per visit from south Chicago to northern Indiana, down to central Illinois back up to Chicago. All within 3 very full days (stores open 10am - 6pm). Was done by noon on Thursday and caught a flight back Thursday late afternoon. I attribute my success to MyWay app. It would have very difficult to have done it manually. Very simple to use. On my next run similar to this I will be buying RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay . Well worth the $9.99 monthly fee.

RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay saved me. I was put on a new route that I was completely unfamiliar with. I found RoutePlannerDeliveryMyWay and have been using it daily. A small learning curve which is expected. But overall easy and user friendly. I totally recommend this!!
