I use this app every day because the company I work for doesn’t provide a route planner. I upload the CSV file, and there’s always some address to edit, which is fine. However, when you’re editing, the app randomly shuts down without saving your progress. On top of that, when I plan a route with more than 80 stops, the app goes crazy and sends me through the same street multiple times. But anyway, among route planning apps, this one is one of the less problematic ones.
Mileage & Fastest Route

Hi, I have been using this app for roughly 10 months 7 days a week. As far as being easy to use, it’s a 5 Star App. As far as setting the fastest route for let’s say 18 delivery stops, it’s close to a 5 Star App, it does have the occasional location that can be right next door to another location and it will put a couple stops in between them. This has happened abt 10 times out of abt 250 times that I’ve used it. I usually can spot it and that’s when I let commonsense take over and do what I have to to make it right. Where the app is a Low 1 Star is if you are gonna use this app for Tax Purposes of keeping track of mileage while working. It is NEVER Correct. If I drive 215 miles in a night, it will say my mileage is abt 80 miles. I don’t think it counts the mileage from you base to your first stop and from your last stop to base, I believe it only counts the mileage from the first stop to the last which causes it to be way off. I use to report the mileage issue all the time but I now gave up because it doesn’t get fixed. So if you are getting this app for Tax reasons, it’s not even worth any Star.

Sometimes when I prefigure myself the night before, the app won’t allow me to add any more stops the next morning! It pops up with an error message as if to say the address/stop doesn’t exist. Furthermore when I delete the new address and keep all the current stops from the previous “optimize and start” it continues to pop up with the error message and now I can’t use any of the stops and have to create a whole new route from scratch. Other than that this app is great!
