I parked at your location, called contractors lot, 1208 Pine St. in Nashville Tennessee on Saturday evening about 6:15 PM. I left shortly after 11 PM. However, your camera did not catch my departure, and thereby, you have been running the clock on me all day today on Sunday. I parked there less than five hours and should be charged only for that. My Tennessee license plate is BJP2445. Please close my parking visit and charge me appropriately for less than five hours. If you have any questions, please call me on my cell. Thanks. Don

My blood pressure rises every time I have to engage with this app. This is honestly the biggest bummer and so inconvenient. Having to share data with a company just to park is disgusting. Having to engage with an app in A PARKING GARAGE WHERE NO ONE GETS SERVICE IS INSANE. WHY DID ANYONE MAKE THIS APP OTHER THAN A CRAVEN CASH GRAB? Absolutely disgusting from top to bottom. Nothing about this is convenient or good. I will never be like, thank god I have that app! That sometimes erroneously charges me and has direct access to my credit card! This is something that benefits building owners and the app creators but no one else. I hope the people that created this app fail. I hope they are haunted.

I traveled to Detroit,MI and tried to start a visit for my somebody else’s car. It started to charge my own car which is in another state and didn’t even entered that garage. The customer service created a ticket and they keep asking me to send them picture of the car to investigate and they don’t explain why they need it. I sent it anyway and now they say send us a closer picture to “investigate”. This what a scam does! The customer support is terrible or doesn’t exist at all. I am waiting for an agent to answer for +20 minutes and it doesn’t connect me to anyone. If it’s not a scam, then what is it?
