DonorDrive Charity Fundraising Reviews

I created a fundraising event for a decesead individual who was a big supporter of homelessness. I chose Covenant House to get the donations and was instructed to download DonorDrive sookixatiin. I followed the steps to create the account, but I could only select Blue Marathon to complete the process. I assumed I could edit the event later, so I clicked submit. I tried to change the event but no option to do do, I need help asap!!!

DonorDriveCharityFundraising makes it too easy for errors to be made and there's no way to fix them without emailing tech-support and then they don't get back with you.

Downloaded app to see if maybe my walk miles could be linked through my apple watch. It’s difficult to navigate and I still don’t see where to link it ?

Just started using and found my old credit card was on the account. Very difficult to change. I had to make a second donation to add a different card.
Emailing is not user friendly. I don’t seem to find or haven’t found my old list of donors and team members.
I cannot figure out how to send a thank you to donors. The page button says select all but none are selected.

In the thank you note, You can’t select a word or phrase to cut and copy. Only “select all” is offered. No way to attach a pic to your thank you note. Overalls DonorDriveCharityFundraising could be much better, less clunky, and integrated to show the “required” ticket from the Dolphins app. (Turns out no one even checked tickets.) Could be designed to include much more information that would be extremely helpful to participants.

I haven’t been able to find Venmo this year on DonorDriveCharityFundraising . I used it a few times last year and it was very helpful

Signed up for several AFSP events and still can’t figure out to switch between events without logging out and the logging back in. Will prob use the web based AFSP site. Much easier

DonorDriveCharityFundraising would be better if it automatically counted your steps

Even though this has been my first involvement I’m getting the hang of it. I’m sure as I move forward I will have gained a lot of experience!

I participated in a fundraising event and found it so easy to manage my page and connect to my friends for their donations and encouragement.

Well DonorDriveCharityFundraising is easy to navigate even though it’s my first time using it but so far I like it!

Donor Drive is easy to use and has many helpful links, tips and it’s easy to deposit checks.

I was able to find a local walk, register for the event, and set up a donation page for personal fundraising in no time.
