MixEffect Trial Pro Unlock Reviews

I do have the iPad Pro and is not connecting to any of our switchers, I can see them on the list but it will crash as soon as I pick a switcher.
I already rebooted my iPad. I can say I tried everything except the pay version. I got the 30 day free but not sure to buy the license since is not working here. I’m going to keep trying but unfurtnaly gotta keep the 1 star until i got a solution.

Can’t say enough good things about Adam Tow and Mix Effect pro. Been using it for a few years now, and I really love how it fits into my virtual studio and my black magic ATEM ME2. Just found out that it even works on a stream deck. Wow. just one request make more input boxes than four!

Any TD, EIC, AC, should have MixEffectTrialProUnlock in their arsenal. Even the average streamer would benefit from it. Adam has built MixEffectTrialProUnlock Blackmagic should have long ago and it take Blackmagic to the next level. Thank you Adam

Amazing software. Makes it easy to understand and use the ATEM switchers’ every single features. This software should be included with the switcher by default.

This is so stable and solid and elevates the ATEM to a whole other level

Would love to have the ability to bring in sources from airplay as well as push content out to airplay devices :)

This is the ATEM app that I have been waiting for since the BMD ATEM came out. Like any app, it takes a little time to get workflow down. Hope the developer keeps creating new tools like this.

I was referred to MixEffectTrialProUnlock and on day one I discovered features that was not even on the ATEM Mini Pro. Features I’ve only seen in the higher end controller.

This is MixEffectTrialProUnlock that should have come with it. MixEffectTrialProUnlock has controls that I wish existed in the Mac and PC software control. Great UI, great control over the things that are much more difficult to control in the switcher’s native software, like SuperSource.

MixEffectTrialProUnlock is great. The developer is very responsive as well. I thought of a feature that would work great for me and he responded in less than an hour that it was a good idea and it would be included in the next release. Thanks for this incredible app!!

MixEffectTrialProUnlock is a must-have for live broadcast ATEM workflow. My ISO Extreme runs streaming and distribution in our livestream-enabled performance venue. As the operator I am a one man tech team and I must on occasion sprint across the floor to deal with (insert gig nightmare here) and having MixEffect on my hand ensures the booth is never left alone. I can sit at the bar and control my livestream, video distribution, camera audio levels, supersource, you name it. All with a beer in my other hand, or while problem solving on stage. I can watch a distro monitor and keep myself out of the active camera shot. I can switch to image and mute audio in an emergency while sitting on the toilet. Best $50 I ever spent on this iPhone.

I downloaded the 30 day trial version and had a pretty complicated set up that I was trying to implement in my recording studio with the VFA feature and multiple cameras and audio sources. when I sent a support request through MixEffectTrialProUnlock the developer himself scheduled a time to work through my issues with me. Adam spent quite a bit of time working with me and was incredibly kind. I was able to achieve what I wanted with his help and MixEffectTrialProUnlock and I can see it is capable of so much more. The versatility and customizability is incredible. MixEffect has brought a whole new dimension to the ATEM hardware. 5 stars all the way.

This is by far my favorite add on tool I have ever used!!! I specifically love the flexibility of being able to walk away from my station and keep an eye on what the production team is doing! I use the SuperSource tools all of the time. Simple and slick… upgrades your production by a factor of 10 with an effort of 2!!!!

Really is MixEffectTrialProUnlock BMD should have made In House. MixEffectTrialProUnlock is wonderful if you want to manage your atem. I’ve used it to remote control my atem mini pro ISO from the audience of a meeting while broadcasting it to a web service and it worked flawlessly. No issues and full featured, highly recommend.

As a published  developer, I know the rigor required to create an app that is both useful and fun. MixEffectTrialProUnlock is far and away the best a temp control I’ve ever seen. I was part of the initial beta testing and have never seen better support. Do not hesitate to buy MixEffectTrialProUnlock once you’re certain it does what you need it to.

App and developer 5 stars. Throwback to iphone 1 days. When developers solved new unique needs— talked with customers, Iterated and updated fast and effective. Mix effects v1 was great.. 11 updates later even better .. NOT because v1 bad but b/c engages customer pro and newbie. customers ask .. what about x? Could you do y? And boom there it is .. MixEffectTrialProUnlock does what it says. Makes use of blackmagic atem better, easier and more robust!

All the features of the ATEM become accessible through MixEffect. Somethings that can take hours to get right on with the ATEM software (macros) can be done and polished in just a few minutes! Setting up super sources with their transitions can also take hours to get just right, now are 5 minute simple tasks. This is a game changing application that pays you back on your first production with it. It triples the value of your ATEM switchers.

I use the ATEM HD which is rackmount and does not have the full work surface. MixEffectTrialProUnlock just made it so easy to pull up dsk’s and auto fade in or out. Upstream key features are very intuitive and make it a breeze to setup a P.I.P. function. No more being locked at a certain chair. If I need to move around I can grab my iPad and switch on the run. Also records the stream which is a nice add on to use as a backup recorder. Worth the price, but it would have been nice if BMD included with their hardware. At least a savvy developer saw the demand and built this excellent app.

This is easily my favorite app of all time. I have a half dozen ATEM switches including an ATEM 4/ME Broadcast Studio 4K and the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO. I learned about MixEffectTrialProUnlock when it was in Beta from a fellow Office Hours panelist. I was immediately hooked. What a huge productivity enhancer! The Super Source Features are just awesome and the added power of shortcuts is just a match made in heaven. Thanks for bringing this much needed app to market! As a mobile and backend developer myself, I can appreciate the amount of work that a project like this requires. Keep up the great work! I can’t wait to see what comes up with next!!!

MixEffectTrialProUnlock is amazing. It controls all aspects of your ATEM switchers, can be networked and controlled via companion and has amazing support from developer Adam Tow. He has directly answered some of my questions about the software on Facebook and MixEffectTrialProUnlock keeps getting updated and improved almost weekly. Highly recommend for any ATEM user!
