OrbitAssist tests the upload/download and then it rates the system. My system got rated poor showing a 165mbps down and 8mbps up. I pay for 150down/10up connection. No additional explanation to why the network was rated poor. All my devices work perfectly for the past year… including the be-hyve sprinklers:)

Wi-Fi went out on orbite b-hive 16 channel
And orbited customers care insisted it my Wi-Fi while everything in my house continues to work. In my smart home. Just because his app won’t connect to his Timer it’s my Wi-Fi. Disgruntled long term orbit beehive user.

Their customer support is worthless and OrbitAssist is worthless. I am tech literate and my timer stopped working while I was away. Batteries good, power to wireless on, wireless signal excellent. Timer failed, flowers died and I am very disgusted with this product.

Garbage

Didn’t start up the way it says in the instructions and then just crashed partway through whatever it WAS doing. Return your devices and get a “sun-up timer”. Cheap and foolproof.

Terrible

Don’t waste your time with OrbitAssist. Scans your WiFi network and provides standard speed data. Does nothing to help with analysis of your Orbit problems.

You get what you pay for. Ran tests. It essentially blue screened (a blank white screen) no results. No value. Trying to connect device to Google home. Yeah it doesn’t work. No kidding. Why do they lie?

Do not Download!!
OrbitAssist asks permission to connect to your home’s wifi network with potential to view things.
OrbitAssist does nothing to connect the Orbit Sprinkler to Wifi.

Useless to troubleshoot orbit devices or timers.

It’s only to check your network speed and it rates a 250MBPS down and 40MBPS up as Poor !!!

It does nothing to troubleshoot your orbit timers, hub or other devices.
