The app tests the upload/download and then it rates the system. My system got rated poor showing a 165mbps down and 8mbps up. I pay for 150down/10up connection. No additional explanation to why the network was rated poor. All my devices work perfectly for the past year… including the be-hyve sprinklers:)

And orbited customers care insisted it my Wi-Fi while everything in my house continues to work. In my smart home. Just because his app won’t connect to his Timer it’s my Wi-Fi. Disgruntled long term orbit beehive user.

Their customer support is worthless and this app is worthless. I am tech literate and my timer stopped working while I was away. Batteries good, power to wireless on, wireless signal excellent. Timer failed, flowers died and I am very disgusted with this product.
