HeyPhoto doesn’t work with the printer correctly and when I try to get a QR code sent to my email it’s always giving me an error in a different language even after I click English, I’m sick of this already and I just got it

I was given this as a gift and it literally does not work to print at all. I am trying to use an MT53 printer and I can’t even see it on list of devices to connect even though it is already paired in my settings Bluetooth. Waste of time

Just downloaded HeyPhoto today and it isn’t working.

At first it worked perfectly, I try using it today since my daughter needed pic for school and it didn’t work I wanted for almost 25mins for it to print the pic and nothing.

It’s won’t work anymore and I’ve only had it for a couple months

Very upset, HeyPhoto is not its fault, found out that my Mt53 doesn’t have a driver in it and it won’t work without one, have to find if I can load one , so sad right now took me 3 days to find this out!!!

*Update: App is a total crash! I can’t get it to work. I’m so angry because this is the only way to print from my photo printer. What’s up? Please update HeyPhoto developers. Thanks. 📸Love AR picture when app works! 🎞 I was able to use HeyPhoto for a few AR pictures, but since the last update, things have fallen apart. Why won’t my AR Pictures come to life anymore. Please fix HeyPhoto!! Thank you.

I have to return this immediately and it was a gift. I worked on it for about an hour trying to figure out how to print through HeyPhoto which seems outdated since August of this year by the way. No print button, only allowed me to upload one photo and always says 0/18 complete. Real sketchy. Stick to the printers that have thousands of reviews and real genuine feedback not this outdated overpriced scam. It’s insane to me you have to use an app designed specifically for the printer in order to print pictures off of your phone as well. Be careful and do some shopping around first.

This would be a great app if it had more templates like the HP Sprocket printer app.
Add more options & features to make it worth using!

I Got an mt53 from Temu and used it for the first time just now. I had did some research online and read the manual. I was finally able to find what app this was supposed to work with. I learned the trick is to turn on the device and pair with your phone via Bluetooth before connecting on HeyPhoto . Then going to app and connecting their. Instructions are on the HPRT website.

I’m not sure what other people are having issues with, but I’m using HeyPhoto with the HPRT MT53 ink-less color thermal printer from Poooli, and it works just as well as their other printers. You just have to follow the directions; connect the printer to your phone’s Bluetooth, then open HeyPhoto and connect the printer.

My first test print came out great, and I am awestruck at how good an ink-less photo can look.

This printer is awesome.
Setup was easy. The photo was playful and I added memes to it . Honestly I would recommend it as a gift to anyone.

Click the white dot on the top right of images. Click complete where it first said 0/18 and it will take you to an editing page with the print button !!

I have the CP4000L printer and they have tutorials in YouTube on how to set it up! I love how the picture quality turned out!! 😄 I’m so happy with my purchase

I love HeyPhoto CZ it allows me to print photo”cards” from home whenever I want! I love it sm and it has saved me SOOOO much money from buying photocards *cough* *kpop* *cough*. If you like making fanmade photos in the size of photocards, then I highly recommend! HeyPhoto did took me a while to navigate first, then I realize most of the problems I initially have is the printer needing to be charged even if you haven’t print from it for awhile CZ I guess it expends energy even when it’s turned off for a couple days. But yea for my personal experience, it does work! Just need to take a couple more tries when you first bought the printer. Then when you get the hang of it, it becomes very easy!!
