Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever QuickRead app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix QuickRead app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QuickRead app on iPhone
Update QuickRead app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QuickRead iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QuickRead on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QuickRead network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix QuickRead not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent QuickRead app issues:

Force Stop the QuickRead App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QuickRead app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QuickRead to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QuickRead App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QuickRead app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QuickRead.

Fix QuickRead unable to contact server/ QuickRead internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click QuickRead » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got QuickRead » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QuickRead on android.
