Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever MyPGA app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix MyPGA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyPGA app on iPhone
Update MyPGA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyPGA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyPGA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyPGA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

MyPGA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyPGA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyPGA app issues:

Force Stop the MyPGA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyPGA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyPGA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyPGA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyPGA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyPGA.

Fix MyPGA unable to contact server/ MyPGA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyPGA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MyPGA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyPGA on android.
