Terrible customer service, terrible app quality.
Paid extra money for a “Premium Ride”, needed for a formal event, got sent a car painted with the ugliest ads all over the car. Tried to talk the incident over with customer support, they did not care at all. No refund, no solution. Got embarrassed at a wedding reception due to these unprofessional, unskilled kids.

Ridery is funded by a narco-criminal government which just stole presidential elections. Shame on Ridery.

The company supports people that commits crimes against humanity.

I made a deposit with Zelle and there is no response response from customer service to acknowledge.

The driver was very disrespectful, he asked me for extra money and Ridery doesn’t work well at all.

This company seems to support the Venezuelan government and their officials, both charged internationally for narcoterrorist and crimes against humanity

The company is a big scam, financed by narcos and pay their drivers nothing. I don’t recommend Ridery to anyone, the company is also violating all OFAC and Apple/IOS Store rules.

I fear i might not be able to update one day i need the service

Great app for such a short period of time in the market, they offer a premium service with brand new cars which is rare to find in Venezuela. It seems that they also offer a lease to buy system to the drivers which do not seem to exist in the country. Other than that, few bugs during rush hour but overall, a great product that resolves a critical problem.
