Terrible customer service, terrible app quality.
Paid extra money for a “Premium Ride”, needed for a formal event, got sent a car painted with the ugliest ads all over the car. Tried to talk the incident over with customer support, they did not care at all. No refund, no solution. Got embarrassed at a wedding reception due to these unprofessional, unskilled kids.

The company is a big scam, financed by narcos and pay their drivers nothing. I don’t recommend this app to anyone, the company is also violating all OFAC and Apple/IOS Store rules.
