Updated Review: (Ignore my old review, I just saw that it can track your REM period and assumed that it did this with vitals and stuff from an Apple Watch. I was wrong, LucidDreamAlarm works great!)
The old incorrect review: I can tell this is a good app for lucid dreaming IF you have an Apple Watch. I was under the impression that you just start a sleep session and the alarm goes off a few hours later. I didn’t know that you need an Apple Watch for this. Decent app, maybe just add the option to set alarms, that way people like me without an Apple Watch can still use the auto turn off alarm
the alarm feature is amazing the fact it turns off automatically is literally everything 🙏🏼
