Dreams: Your dream journal Reviews

So far I love Dreams. I like how you can attach “Signs” to different this app and then can click on “Signs” and see how many of your this app have recurring signs or themes. It allows one to find trends. I also like how you are able to include “Notes” so that you can add things like “Wine before bed” or “Watched movie Upside”, allowing you to see what events before bed may have effected your dream. Lastly “Stats” is a great section to put it all together... you can see how many sleeps without this app, how many good this app, etc you had. I could not find another app that provided any of these helpful components. Without them it would be very time consuming and frustrating to find commonalities in my this app on my own. For me finding common or important signs in my dream is the reason to keep a dream journal.

I’ve been using Dreams for a year and a half and have never had a single issue with Dreams. I love how simple and straightforward Dreams is. The non-paid version is also really good because you still have the features of recording down multiple this app, the type, and how long you slept. The PRO mode seems interesting as well, and while USD 13 isn’t much, I’m not sure if the purchase would be worth it. I would definitely buy the PRO mode if it was cheaper. Regardless, I’d recommend Dreams to any friends looking to write their this app down and I will absolutely continue to use it as my go to daily dream journal. I’d like to thank the developers of Dreams for making my dream journal possible!!!

Truly! It’s everything I ever hoped for in a dream app. It’s so simple and intuitive to use. The ability to put tags in is exactly what I was looking for and the ability to add drawings and pictures is even more than I had hoped for!!! Seeing which tags reoccur, seeing this app over time and being able to mark them as favorites are all amazing features. Far superior to my messy hand written dream journal…

Because Dreams is one of the rare occasions an app has actually been what I hoped it would I feel silly even asking for more…
But still I’ll try… Developer! If you are Out there reading these reviews:
one feature that would put Dreams totally over the top is the ability to add “meanings” to the Signs. As an avid dream journaler I know what some of dream signs mean to me. It would be awesome to have a section to be able to free associate about new signs which appear, that I could then refer to when analyzing.
I will try to do this in the analysis section. But it would be cool to add new associations every time a sign comes up.

Overall, great work! You have made dream journaling a million times. More effective and rewarding for me!!!

This is by far the best dream journal app I’ve found. It has all you can want and more, date and duration of sleeps, signs (basically a way to tag your this app with things and concepts that appear in them and see what you most often dream about), the ability to attach pictures, you can even record this app you don’t remember the exact date/time of. And best of all it’s completely accessible with voiceover, meaning the blind and visually impaired folk can enjoy Dreams too! As for the pro upgrade, it’s well worth the price and I don’t think you’re wasting a single penny by purchasing it. Dreams is fully useable without it, so your this app aren’t stuck behind a paywall.

Dreams has some really good organizational aspects to it. I used other journal apps to caputre this app, but they aren't really meant to organize the "dream time," but the waking time. this app are different, and I think need something different to organize them.

A good dream journal is more like *annotating* your own notes (notes about notes, images about notes, and so on) as well as organizing all the thoughts/images you witness in the dream. In comparison, typical journal apps are really just fancy note-taking apps with out all the meta support needed to analyze and destructure a dream.

The stats function is really, really helpful to see the most dominate and recurring images from this app.

A suggestion for improvement:
Multiple drawings: add an option to attach/draw multiple pictures. At present, only one "canvas" is allowed, but if you need to draw multiple images from the dream, you have to put them all on the same canvas. It also makes the thumbnail of the image too small.

After looking at some other apps that are available I went with this for the one time purchase option. The price is well worth it if you are wanting to log different characteristics in you this app to find patterns. I’ve been having some crazy this app and wanted to keep track of them using AI generated images that will remind me of my visuals during these this app. The features in this seem to be great, and so far it’s very easy to use. However, I do have a request. I would like the option to attach more than one photo. Maybe up to 5 like another app I saw? If there is an update with this option I’d for sure give this 5 stars.

Before it stopped working entirely, I used to have another dream journal app, but it would only let me use it while connected online. This is miles more practical! I like the signs feature and also the option to label a dream as sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, false awakening or nightmare. I find it interesting too that they recommend you record your sleep even if you didn’t have any this app, I never thought of that!

Also, I really appreciate how nice the staff are; I sent some suggestions and they replied much quicker than I’m used to!

This is definitely the best app for dream journaling. The interface is very clean and simple and the auto signs feature is very intuitive. I also love the search feature that allows you to search and find any words found within all the dream content of all your recorded this app. It is really fun to be able to see how often signs are occurring in each dream too. Also really cool that you can export. And love that the updates just keep coming and improving Dreams !

Simple and cohesive design to keep logging your this app a quick step in the morning. Great way to keep up with statistics as the data monitoring is accessible and straightforward. Recommend for anyone monitoring their lucid dreaming, people with recurring nightmares, or someone experiencing a lack of dream states. You can set up reality checks during the day which is great as checks have been the leading cause of my initial lucid this app in the past. Great app for the oneironauts out there!

Simply one of the best health-related apps I have. I checked out the other leading dream journal apps and found this one to have all the features I could want, and at a fair price to unlock all the features. Hat’s off to the development team, and I will recommend Dreams to all of my friends that journal.

I love having a dream journal like this. I have very vivid this app every night and this really helps me organize and understand them. Really fair prices also, just a small one time fee to unlock all the features. Love it.

I just REALLY wish there were some sharing options. It’d be really cool to be able to share my journal or this app with my friends aside from having to take screenshots. If it weren’t missing a sharing feature I’d give the full five stars.

This application for this app is my favorite but if I could add something to it it is: An option to connect the health app and be able to see the sleep option in the dream diary app and another is to have the option to receive notifications as reminders In the morning of writing the dream, there are times that I forget to write it and if I received a notification to write it, it would be excellent

I love this journal because of the search function. It makes it much easier to find my this app because I have a lot of them. I also love the export function so that I can save my this app outside of Dreams . I’m able to add pictures to my this app to help visualize things that I see as well. Great app for sure!

I use this as a journal for lucid dreaming and I like the features of Dreams. It’s intuitive to use and has good tools for tracking this app and dream sign trends. The stats are organized well, giving you the ability to time-slice them any way you want. Can’t really think of anything else I’d like to see for features to be added. I’ve used a couple of other apps also and like this one the best by far.

Has so many features and the updates always seem to improve, rather than hinder, the experience. I regularly log my this app and this has made it so easy to keep consistent!

Excellent app to keep track of your this app. It has all that you would expect setup in a logical manner. And it’s not subscription based!

Love Dreams and I’ve been using on my phone and my MacBook. So far this app entered on a device only stay on that device. Is there a way to sync the information between devices?

I just downloaded Dreams and it’s amazing. I only wish it had different color schemes. The gray is soo dull. Other than that I love it!

Hello I love Dreams ! It’s my favorite dream journal app! I just wish there were a web version or a Mac version in Dreams Store. Sometimes I need my phone for notes but for long detailed this app I need a computer and keyboard. Please consider my request. With a Mac/web version Dreams is 5 stars.

If you think it’s worthwhile to keep track of a process that goes on half your life, more or less, you should keep some sort of journal. I started doing this by way of Apple notebook — having kept at it for awhile, I can appreciate the straight forward, simple design of Dreams. Features include: automatic date stamps; “Signs” help you track recurring symbols, events; categories for making note of the quality of the recall; “Lucid” dreaming aids.

Just started using it, and paid for the extras right away. I may bump the rating to 5 stars if it performs with stability and the support team is still around in 5 months.

6 month update: bumped my rating to 5 stars. I would add, I love the addition of the ability to import drawings or add them on the fly as you create journal entries. Also, the support team responsive via email. Definitely recommend the PRO upgrade.

Hands down, this is an amazing app I never knew I needed. I knew I had a lot of this app every night, but randomly stumbled upon Dreams in Dreams Store to take note of my many this app and Dreams exceeded my expectations. After just a day or 2 of having Dreams I went ahead and bought the full version. It’s super worth it and I appreciate the fact it’s a one time purchase. Not a subscription. Dreams is simple yet can record so much as you write down more of your this app. I appreciate the FAQ’s. It’s honestly a great app. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this dream app! It has features that you didn’t even know you needed! I’ve been using it for years, and it works so flawlessly and perfectly, that I’ve been remiss in writing a review.. you know how that goes, if something is working, we tend to not give it much thought.. but I want to applaud the developers and give them incentive to continue.. we all can use some praise :)
The interface is so pleasant to use. The screen is easy on the eyes.. it’s not bright when you wake up in the darkness to journal your dream.. so your eyes aren’t popping out of your head and blinding you, lol.
You can write, or speak, or draw, or add pictures.. anything to get you to journal your this app! Do it!
The Signs are wonderful.. key words Dreams keeps track of.. so when they come up in another dream, you have a direct link. Signs can be auto populated or put in yourself, or both!
The stats are so informative, useful, and fun! It gives you instant view of how many this app, how many signs in all your journaled this app in graph view, quality of the this app.. the list goes on and on!
There’s so many benefits I’m not even covering.. just get Dreams ! And the benefits are “easy”, meaning you won’t be overwhelmed with how to access this or that, as it’s all done for you automatically! Thank you developers and keepers of Dreams! Great job!

I dream a lot and want to journal a history of my this app. This is the best dream app I have ever used. You can do so MUCH. You can group your this app, add signs, analyze, and use pictures. I love it so much, please don’t ever discontinue Dreams!

I’m an avid dreamer and have over 100 this app in my notes. I tried several different dream apps and stuck with this one because it offers a section for the dream AND the analysis of it. It also has a place to list signs/tags from the dream as well was what those signs mean. It can automatically detect the signs and list them out for you. You can also connect this app. So many features, it’s definitely a great app. Also, Alan in customer service is very responsive!! I can tell the developer team is dedicated to their product.

I was looking to speed up my dream journaling because I type much faster than I write. Dreams not only allows for journaling but also cataloging dreamsigns in well thought-out predefined categories (or those of your own); tallies them so you can see which are most prevalent; allows you to link phrases to the signs (e.g. “it’s dark” can be set to auto-add the sign “darkness”); AND allows any subset or all of the this app to be both backed up and exported in a neat, beautiful PDF.

On top of everything else, it’s pay-once—no subscription required—and it has incredibly responsive customer support.

I cannot say enough about Dreams. It’s everything I dreamed it would be. (…sorry.)
