How to fix Scoir app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scoir app on iPhone
Update Scoir app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scoir iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scoir on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scoir network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Scoir app issues:

Force Stop the Scoir App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Scoir app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Scoir to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scoir App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Scoir app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Scoir.

Fix Scoir unable to contact server/ Scoir internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Scoir » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Scoir » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scoir on android.
