Hello, reporting bug, When going to waypoints or routes, program goes right to google play store. Problem goes away if google play store is forced close, but problem recurs later, And price for full version is not displayed, but the google play store bug is a problem. thanks, Doug W.

How to fix SailFreeGPS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SailFreeGPS app on iPhone
Update SailFreeGPS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SailFreeGPS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SailFreeGPS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SailFreeGPS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SailFreeGPS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SailFreeGPS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SailFreeGPS App
1. On android, goto Settings » SailFreeGPS » click [Force Stop]

Update SailFreeGPS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SailFreeGPS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SailFreeGPS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SailFreeGPS.

Fix SailFreeGPS unable to contact server/ SailFreeGPS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SailFreeGPS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SailFreeGPS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SailFreeGPS
