- App crashes every time I try to register as a resident or pay for parking.

- The app icon is very sloppy and amateurish.

How to fix SurfCAST app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SurfCAST app on iPhone
Update SurfCAST app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SurfCAST iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SurfCAST on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SurfCAST network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SurfCAST Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SurfCAST not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SurfCAST App
1. On android, goto Settings » SurfCAST » click [Force Stop]

Update SurfCAST to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SurfCAST App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SurfCAST » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SurfCAST.

Fix SurfCAST unable to contact server/ SurfCAST internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SurfCAST » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SurfCAST » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SurfCAST
