1 year agoI was trying to register online to get a yearly parking pass and by mistake it put Ohio as my state now there is nowhere to edit this to the right state. I lie in North Carolina. So how can this be fixed?

2 years agoI received a ticket yesterday morning it had 3 different payment so 25 50 75 it said pay 25 before midnight so I did so now it is saying I owe 75 more dollars and why?

2 years agoWe live at 420 Derrick Dr., Sneads Ferry, NC. We paid the $250 yearly fee.. We received a parking ticket on 6/9/21. We used our silver Toyota to park and registered our loction. The ticket # is NT220875 plate # 1925BJ. Parking zone was NTB07. Our phone # is 540-422-1034. Please contact us asap. Email is chrisnrita@redacted.

2 years agoWe used the app on my daughters phone over the weekend with my information and had no problem. Now I’ve downloaded the app on my phone and every time I try to register my vehicle it tells me that someone already owns my license plate number.

3 years agoWe are trying to enroll and pay for the parking at North Topsail Beach. Your app keeps not recognize or authenticate our sign in information. I go to your app. 1. click - "sign up" 2. click "visitor" 3. Review both "Terms and condition's" and "review privacy" then click - "accept" 4. Put in my email address and password along its validation - click - "next" An ERROR comes up "user could not be authenticated" - clock "ok" Back to screen in item 4. I stuck right there. Am I doing incorrectly? Please, advise. Thank you, Helen

Would give zero stars if it were an option
App crashes every time I try to register as a resident or pay for parking. Sat in the car for 20 minutes after pulling into the parking lot to try and download the app and pay for parking. App froze and crashed several times. Never got it to actually let me pay for parking. Hard to believe Topsail expects people to use this app to pay for their parking at the beach when it constantly freezes.

That app icon... what the....????
That app icon may be the single sloppiest thing I've ever seen. It has an awkward white border that isn't evenly distributed around the colored region. The rounded corners don't match up. if the app functionality is as amateurish as the icon itself is, well that would explain the low rating. No, wait. It wouldn't. The rating should be lower.

App needs improvement
Put in all the needed information and tried to pay for 2 hours ($10). It told me I overpaid for an hour. When I tried to re enter my information it would not let me. Than I get charged a violation fee of $25. Not fair. Please improve the app so people don’t get screwed over.
