App crashes every time I try to register as a resident or pay for parking. Sat in the car for 20 minutes after pulling into the parking lot to try and download SurfCAST and pay for parking. App froze and crashed several times. Never got it to actually let me pay for parking. Hard to believe Topsail expects people to use SurfCAST to pay for their parking at the beach when it constantly freezes.

I understand that I can register 2 vehicles but don’t see anywhere to add the 2 nd one.
NOTE: this question was resolved when I learned that as a Visitor (non-resident) I can only register a single vehicle per account.

That app icon may be the single sloppiest thing I've ever seen. It has an awkward white border that isn't evenly distributed around the colored region. The rounded corners don't match up. if SurfCAST functionality is as amateurish as the icon itself is, well that would explain the low rating. No, wait. It wouldn't. The rating should be lower.

Put in all the needed information and tried to pay for 2 hours ($10). It told me I overpaid for an hour. When I tried to re enter my information it would not let me. Than I get charged a violation fee of $25. Not fair. Please improve SurfCAST so people don’t get screwed over.

Don’t bother with paying for parking with SurfCAST. They’ll let you buy parking you don’t need, and then charge you a violation anyway. Just pay the $50 fine and skip SurfCAST , it would have saved me $35 to put in 0 effort and just park my car in the middle of the road.

SurfCAST deserves zero stars. This is probably the least effective application I’ve ever used. Tried to register my vehicles for parking at NTB 4x4 but cannot get past the “zone” selection area. Topsail Beach should strongly consider another application to process beach parking.

We own a home at North Topsail Beach and downloaded app, clicked on sign up, clicked on resident button, input our name, address and ONWASA account number and received Error: Actual residence status: none
Does not recognize our account.

I’ve tried multiple times to register my vehicle while we visit N Topsail Beach but the button to complete the registration is off the screen. The law goes into effect day after tomorrow!

If you’re using SurfCAST to visit a beach in north topsail Island,Drive five minutes south to surf city where they have inside bathrooms and the parking is half as expensive.

The don’t see the screen for selecting resident or visitor. I created an account, I logged on, I registered my vehicle but there is no screen to show that I am a resident of North topsail Beach.

I’m a full-time NTB resident and SurfCAST displays an error message “Actual Residence Status: none” when I try to signup using my ONWASA account.

I paid for a whole day and got a ticket and when I sent a dispute like they told me over the phone I have to pay a extra 75$ like I didn’t even have to pay to park and I still would’ve have to paid 75$, reduce my penalty and they never check emails terrible company

How do I register my second vehicle on my annual permit? I can't seem to do it on the surfcast app. I was told that I should be able to do this. Thanks
