Close and restart the Xverse app on iPhone
Update Xverse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Xverse iPhone app

Fix Xverse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Xverse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Xverse app issues:

Force Stop the Xverse App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Xverse app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Xverse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Xverse App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Xverse app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Xverse.

Fix Xverse unable to contact server/ Xverse internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Xverse » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Xverse » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Xverse on android.
