I use the smile to do but i don’tnow how to fix finished animation when you finish the to do in ipados because It Unresponsive

The iCloud sync isn't working properly. Alongside that, the sounds are corrupted. If there's a way to solve that, please handle the syncing issues and the sounds on desktop being off. Thank you.

How to fix Smile Todo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Smile Todo app on iPhone
Update Smile Todo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Smile Todo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Smile Todo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Smile Todo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Smile Todo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Smile Todo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Smile Todo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Smile Todo » click [Force Stop]

Update Smile Todo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Smile Todo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Smile Todo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Smile Todo.

Fix Smile Todo unable to contact server/ Smile Todo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Smile Todo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Smile Todo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Smile Todo
