Close and restart the ToDo app on iPhone
Update ToDo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ToDo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ToDo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ToDo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ToDo app issues:

Force Stop the ToDo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ToDo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ToDo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ToDo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ToDo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ToDo.

Fix ToDo unable to contact server/ ToDo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ToDo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ToDo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ToDo on android.
