How to fix Todo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Todo app on iPhone
Update Todo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Todo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Todo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Todo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Todo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Todo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Todo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Todo » click [Force Stop]

Update Todo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Todo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Todo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Todo.

Fix Todo unable to contact server/ Todo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Todo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Todo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Todo
