Payment errors on subscriptions

I can’t manage nor cancel the subscription. The app is so simple so could be a bug-free, but not in this case. The worst experience with support team ever.

Does not accept US credit cards; on Swedish Cards, it repeatedly says wrong input: they need a lot of improvement but customer service thinks always the customer is wrong
Half of chrgers are not working

As simple as that. Many times none of the charging cables would work. Do not rely on this network as it's innacurate. Always check Google Maps as they are actually showing if any cable is available/works. Unfortunatelly Ionity native app doesn't show that.
However, when it's working it's amazingly fast. So much potential, so little execution.
