How to fix MeMeteo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MeMeteo app on iPhone
Update MeMeteo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MeMeteo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MeMeteo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MeMeteo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MeMeteo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MeMeteo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MeMeteo App
1. On android, goto Settings » MeMeteo » click [Force Stop]

Update MeMeteo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MeMeteo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MeMeteo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MeMeteo.

Fix MeMeteo unable to contact server/ MeMeteo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MeMeteo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MeMeteo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
