First time using updated version and admittedly I do not like change. The original version was much easier to make deposits as the camera automatically captured check image once aligned properly in the sight picture. This version requires manual camera operation which upsets camera stability. Also the “Add Another” check to deposit is gone and are separated into different transactions. It still works, but as I said, I don’t like change.

TheBankofMissouri is not user friendly and lacks features that the old Bank of Bolivar app had. There is no option to edit payees or look at payment history by payee.

I absolutely hate this update. I use to be able to look at my account see exactly what amount I had on any given day before or after transactions. Now I might as well start balancing a checkbook. It doesn’t make any sense.

I don’t think I am going to like the new app. I’ve already had issues with it & had to have customer service help me. The original app was simple. I also am not crazy about the new way to make deposits in the ATMs now either. I just don’t trust it and am not comfortable with just sliding in money with no deposit slip or envelope. Yes, I guess that just makes me old school and that’s okay!

I can use my app for balance checks sometime and several times I’ve had to reset password for no obvious. I’m older this is upsetting to me

Can’t access statements from new app.
If I can - not easy to find.

Do not like showing a combined transaction history with other joint account.
Wish I could undo that if desired.
