Problem with Surveys

I have not been able to complete a survey to get credits for it except for the first one for my profile. Every time I do try to complete a survey I answer one two or three questions and then the screen goes blank and then there’s an ex in the top left-hand cornerexit out and I have to leave the survey giving me no credits because there’s technical issues. I’m not sure if there’s a bug in the system. If it’s any help would be greatly appreciated and I could change my review to five star review instead of just one. Thank you.

I spent all day getting enough to cash out it said it would take 24 hours then it said 21 day hold like who wants to Easter their time taking surveys just to have to wait nearly a month to get reward I’m deleting the app
