I signed up for this account without any face recognition but now that I want to redeem my rewards they are asking for it of which is not even working, I guess you should remove this feature

I have not been able to complete a survey to get credits for it except for the first one for my profile. Every time I do try to complete a survey I answer one two or three questions and then the screen goes blank and then there’s an ex in the top left-hand cornerexit out and I have to leave the survey giving me no credits because there’s technical issues. I’m not sure if there’s a bug in the system. If it’s any help would be greatly appreciated and I could change my review to five star review instead of just one. Thank you.

Your app is horrible & doesn’t give you rewards for surveys taken. Completed several surveys & 10 In rewards. I suggest to others not to download GopinionSurveys, it will waste your time. I will be deleting GopinionSurveys

I spent all day getting enough to cash out it said it would take 24 hours then it said 21 day hold like who wants to Easter their time taking surveys just to have to wait nearly a month to get reward I’m deleting GopinionSurveys

Worst survey app ever. Can barely get the homepage to load with the surveys. Every survey I entered I get a 499 error and constantly freezes.

GopinionSurveys purposely makes the survey that are worth the most, unable to do. All of the surveys 1000+ refuse to go past the qualification screen. It doesn’t even let me move forward past the qualification screen when I press continue it just stays and i keep pressing it, it doesn’t continue, leading me to become impatient, and clicking off the whole survey.

*: I believe GopinionSurveys profits by intentionally obfuscating the practical implications of its terms of service in order to take advantage of the resulting ignorance of its users.

Specifically:
-All listed offers are actually contingent upon confirmation of fit.
In my case, I spend a substantial quantity of time answering the same preliminary “demographics” questions for each survey, only to be told upon completion that I do not qualify and therefore receive absolutely no compensation for my time.

-It appears that valuable information is being collected and sold even from interactions for which users do not receive any compensation.
This includes information that could potentially be captured by third parties, even when they claim that the user does not qualify as a paid participant.

-General scarcity of guidance on finding and completing qualified offers.
Predictable misunderstandings regarding the technical ‘requirements’ for earning rewards in compensation for honest responses seem to be intentionally unaddressed on any publicly available communications in order to make evaluating the sincerity of developer ‘errors’ phenomenologically difficult and objectively (statistically) impossible (without access to private information).

So I keep getting a white screen (before and after the update) when I open GopinionSurveys and the page that your app support links to has no way of contacting you.

I have been using GopinionSurveys and so far it has been fine up until now. I ordered a card and after it said ordered, it just shows me a link and I cant click on it to receive my reward. Am i doing something wrong, is there a limit? I have done this three times before but now it just doesn't work.
