Wrong Orders, No Curbside

Five stars for the food but 1 star for the app and online order-pickup system. The app works fine and would be my preferred way to order and get my food if it actually worked as intended. Here are the problems I have encountered using the app ordering: there is no curbside pick up, there are parking spaces designated for online order curbside pickup and it instructs you to “click I’m here” but that feature doesn’t exist in the app. If you call they tell you to come inside to pick it up. The staff are both surprised and confused at the online orders. Both times we tried it our order was missing items and had the wrong items. This doesn’t happen using the drive thru, it seems to be because online orders are outside the normal workflow and no one is checking that the orders are correct before handing it off. It’s too bad because it is very convenient to use and avoids the drive thru waits. I want to try it again but it is a big risk and I’ll have to take apart everything to make sure it is correct before leaving and most likely will have to go back inside to get it corrected. A lot of hassle and confrontation for something that is supposed to be fast and easy. My request is to fix the app, make it actually curbside and train the staff or hire more staff to ensure the online orders are filled correctly.

Scrumptious food, but the app needs a complete overhaul!

I love the organic food that Amy’s Drive Thru offers. All of their menu items are scrumptious especially the veggie burgers, sweet potato fries and the broccoli cheddar mac n’ cheese!

The app is terrible though. Limited functionality with vague redemption of rewards. Free fries means free fries right? …so if I decide to choose cheese fries or sweet potato fries… honor your free fries reward!! There’s no clear explanation on the rewards system, not even in the FAQs.
Staff members are also clueless about the point rewards app too. I think Amy’s should fire the app developer and rethink their strategy with regards to developing an intuitive, easy app that fits well with their simple, good organic food ethos.

Didn’t receive my chocolate shake. Instructions for burger were not followed. No place on the app or website to give feedback. No email. Message nothing. There should be a direct connection from the order/receipt to feedback on the order. If I can let you know that I’m there to pick up then you should be able to hear feedback when you owe a guest money.
