The filter is gray and will not let me turn it on.

I emailed para If they don't fix this soon I will have to encourage Google play to remove this from the play store as it scrapes our data for days then dosnt work anymore. Last chance para you have 3 days to fix this before I make it my job to ruin you

Immediately after I was prompted to provide my email and verify my phone number, the application now only freezes at its loading screen with the logo in the middle. I deleted the app and re-download it and turn my phone on and off and it still only shows the loading screen with your logo.
