Not sure why they changed it. Constantly having issues syncing/updating transactions. Very frustrating. Won’t let me leave a review with a 1 star
It takes forever to get the deposit to go thru because it keeps saying I don’t have the right thing written. I write it as large as possible and it still doesn’t recognize it. Need to address this issue then will give higher marks.
The new app is full of bugs with depositing checks now and never wants to work
The updates often improve CoosaValleyCU. However, with each update comes another set of problems especially in the pay bill section. It is difficult to access history, payees, set up recurring or change them, etc. Site looks different even when logging in on same day. On the positive, messages left are answered in a very timely manner.
Do not like where I can see a running balance like there was on the old app
Where did the “Pay” tab to pay bills go on CoosaValleyCU ?
The new app has greatly improved the functionality of my account, it makes working with different areas that have never been done without calling the credit union.
CoosaValleyCU is super convenient and i like it way more than the old one
You can’t go wrong with Coosa Valley Credit Union. They are big banking with home town feel.
