Contact Inmate Photos send to prison Support

I created an account recently to send photos to my loved one. It cost $15+ to send 4 pics. I later learned TextBehind does the same thing for a little over a dollar and gets to inmates in 3 days. I went to log in to check the status of my order on this app and the app is telling me there is no account associated with my email, however I get bombarded with email promotions from this app and notifications personalized to me with the inmates name, yet “no account is associated with the email.” I won’t be surprised if this app tries taking more money from my bank account. I attempted to reach customer service and all I got in return was more promotion, scammy emails. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Responding to this post about emailing y’all when I DID email y’all and no one responded. Scam.

Initially it seem to work fine I sent the pictures obviously I don’t expect them be sent overnight. I have expected date of February 12 that’s not my complaint. My complaint is that after I put in the request made the payment and attempted to log back into my account I’m receiving an error saying my account can’t be found or that the email address isn't associated with any account. However it’s the same email address that you all use to send me these ads for deals and sales. I can no longer access the account and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. Seems kind of weird almost feels like a scam or something.

Still can’t login 6 days later. I have 3 screenshots of proof. This may work for some people but I believe it’s a scam. It’s probably the developer leaving positive feedback on here. Luckily I only spent a little under $10 or I would be disputing this mess.

3 out of 4 of my orders were late by weeks . on the website it's states in fine print under the est. arrival date that if your photos were not received by then to contact them . well don't bother because all their going to tell you is to keep waiting . and they can't process or cancel orders because pictures get printed when the order is placed therefore the don't do refunds or cancels (which screams scam in itself) so your stuck .. waiting till God knows when to receive a service you paid money for and what they charge is not worth the veryyy POOR customer service . nothing about this platform is convenient , or reliable , or even helpful for that matter . please , whatever you do , take your money else where . your better off doing it yourself and that's no lie .
