This is serious. You are holding my money committing online services which rarely work. I enabled token to avoid hassle of sms, now it just loops back and forth between login and logout. Inorder to switch to sms it is asking for token. Wonderful design, whoever came up with that. My 10 year cousin could do better job than this. You guys need to hire professionals to review your online banking. Just waiting to return to India and close my account.
UToken gives an error message, ‘No Internet connection’ even on stable connections. Not reliable.
Tried to generate OTP but it’s always giving “No internet connection “ error message. The worst app I ever seen. Please fix this ASAP
