This would get 4 or even 5 stars if it worked entirely. The DApp interface is okay and I have no issues using them. However, a month or so ago the trading feature just completely stopped functioning. I’ll choose what to trade and then when clocking “exchange” it goes to a blank page. If I leave the “market” function the rest of imToken still works, but until I force close and return, the trading feature still shows a blank page.
I contacted support and initially they were responsive, asking me to try linking my wallet to their website to see if that worked. It was successful in connecting imToken to the website, but if I wanted to try anything further, I have to pay a fee to authorize my wallet. I’m not going to pay $8-25 to test basic functionality and help them do their QA, I’ll just transfer any assets I don’t use for DApps to another wallet. Tech support also wanted a screenshot of the blank page, as though somehow seeing a solid white space where the trading interface should be would be helpful.
Once I sent that and pointed out that I was not willing to pay a mining fee to figure for them out why their app is broken, it’s been crickets. So, I’ll be moving everything off and not using imToken much, if at all.

There is not a wallet that exists that I aware of, and I have literally used hundreds and spend at least a little time each day seeking new ones, that compares to all that this app wallet manages to accommodate with ease and organization into one wallet.

This wallet will track your information such as (but NOT limited to) transactions, wallet addresses, and device information. I DO NOT recommend using this wallet. EDIT/RESPONSE: On the contrary, I DID read the terms and privacy policy before using your app; that is why I do not recommend using it. Further more, my points remain valid and your response is superfluous: using your app will inherently reduce the privacy of anyone using it solely because, as you say, using imToken provides your company with their financial transactions etc.. Your company can have all the good intentions in the world but the mere fact that you collect this data is worrisome as no one is immune from illegitimate government abuse nor hackers nor security vulnerabilities. Can't save user mnemonic words? Why does IOS change mobile phones and migrate data to another phone with icloud, but your wallet does not need to re-enter mnemonic words, while METAMASK wallets need it? Give me an explanation? You save user mnemonic words in the underlying files of the system. Don't deny that old blockchain users can avoid the leakage of mnemonic words. You blindly shift the responsibility to users and guard your own stolen garbage wallets.

I’ve been heavily invested in crypto since 2010 and I’m extremely impressed with imToken. It’s nice to have an app that has so many needed things involved with crypto all in one app. As long as your token is erc20 or btc based I’m sure this app supports it. The included internal exchange is huge for asset management. Very very happy user!!!!

I just downloaded the latest this app on my new phone and find it hard to recover my identity to this new phone. Every time after I fill the mnemonic , password and click return or touch any area of the screen, it turn blank expect for a help icon on the top left side and the text like “how to import private key” at bottom. After hangout this app app and waiting for nearly 5 minutes, I reopen this app and finally see the “recover wallet” button at the bottom. It might be a layout error, please check and fix it.
