You download Socioscom . Fund the account and buy Fan tokens but you can’t do anything else. You can’t sell what you have or withdraw your money because you need to step up in KYC. I am literally for over a week now. Uploaded all requested documents. KYC normally takes minutes in any other platform. They support us not responsive. I also noticed money disappearing from my unused balance.

What a joke.

The most terrible app ever. I deposited money a couple of days ago, and then I wanted to withdraw it but I wasn’t able to, I sent them several emails but I’ve received no answer, they have stolen my money and I don’t know what to do

Apple app link to report a problem does not work.
Zendesk customer support is telling me I sent the funds to wrong address but does not explain why they gave me the wrong address in the first place… Shady business. Apple
should audit this operation.

Socioscom offers rewards die interacting with it. One of the options are interacting for a set amount of days consecutively. It happened to me that the counter for this competition was reset twice already after having advanced pretty far. Kind of dissapointing and makes me questioning the quality of their product.

I'm trying to make the withdrawal several and several days, however you do not respond to the last step of identity verification to release this option for me. I'm deeply disappointed with this, since first the option to buy tokens was blocked for me, leaving only the withdrawal, which you guys won't let me do.

App works very poor and slow on IPhone. They don’t let you withdraw till when you upload your documents and they verify you. I did it already several times, they keep sending me the same email “ Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your account as the document submitted did not meet our requirements.”

So on one hand I love digital collectibles if they weren’t overhyped. But the thing that worries me the most is it feels like it’s going to insanely overprice physical items to where only filthy rich will own original physical items. I mean the heir to those encyclopedias said he owns a set from the 40s or whatever and that was the last set b4 they changed history and doctored the books. So think about how much control they will have when everything is digital. It practically costs nothing to create digital collectibles yet they are going for more than physical ones bc if hype.
