App works great if it was monitored. I tried for 2 weeks to contact for refills and finally called Baptist Group. I was told it want being monitored

Sadly I have discovered BaptistOneCare is USELESS in an emergency situation. It seems that at first glance EVERY MAJOR HOSPITAL in 300 mile radius let’s the Apple Health app allow users to select their facilities be selected in case of an emergency … but for what ever reason Baptist One Care does not. That said I do have the “ability” to allow a one time access BUT that means I have to be able to do that when it’s needed. What good does that do me if I can’t respond or talk???

For a person that has worked in the medical field I highly disqualify him and the way he practices. I didn’t go to the wer bc I was sick but bc I was in pain and the only treat treatment I got was a Covid, flue test and a toradol chol. He was no very concerned at all with my situation and the triage nurse asked him if he wanted to get blood work and he said no. The next day I went for a follow up and given a full lupus work up that he could have done but didn’t even after I told him my past medical history.

Functionality is not fully integrated and working. You are still required to provide duplicative information.

The billing aspect is screwed up. Showing I owe what I have paid. Call billing and it shows they put towards a bill from 2 years ago. Which is wild since the clinic I went to just opened a year ago! This used to be so easy to pay my bill. Now twice I’ve had to get my account fixed. Very frustrating!

I have an appointment on June 27 th at 10:30 BaptistOneCare is not updated. I also sent a message in regards to my upcoming appointment for a mammogram, this too is not updated

I use BaptistOneCare weekly and find most of the features helpful. Messaging doctors is good but could be better if you had a simpler way to share health data with doctors. Such data sharing of regular blood pressure and blood sugar readings.
Also need to add facial recognition for login.
I would recommend BaptistOneCare.

App crashed 4x while trying to type out an E-visit questionnaire. No autocorrect in those either so using appropriate punctuation & spelling takes even longer. Of course none of my answers saved in those sections so I got to start over again & again. Eventually I gave up, used non descriptive short answers & notated to ask me for details when we could use a different communication tool. Home Screen is also really cluttered & if there’s a way to declutter I haven’t seen it. It’s still asking me if I want an estimate for an MRI I had after a ski injury back in 2018ish.

Could you please add a button/option for sixth month checkup or something similar for those of us who need that choice. With the exception of an annual checkup/examination all I need six months later is to visit the doctor for prescription refills and bloodwork. Please help. It would make scheduling my appt. much easier and less of a hassle when I have to explain to the nurse, etc. that I don’t have a problem with my health only a need to continue my prescriptions by having the doctor send a new prescription to the pharmacy.

BaptistOneCare is awesome but I’ve been having to avail myself of the website as of late. After multiple attempts to login BaptistOneCare just won’t budge, giving an “Oops” message. I thought at first I was entering the wrong info until having success at the web address.

I had this awful migraine. Went had a visit with my doctor but at the end I didn’t get any result or solution. Dr Wong spend a few minutes with me, ordered some lab works then gave me 3 samples of a name brand drug UNTELVY that later found out there’s no insurance will cover it$130 per a pill. Well i went on to see if there’s more migraine or headache medication may got call into my pharmacy but it was nothing! The baptist app tells you about the results and some generic recommendations. Which basically tells me nothing! There are some information there but they are no different than the ones that I saw on line. I’m feeling like I’m all alone again.

MyChart has helped me remember appointments & tests but I wish I could update my test dates as they are not all listed accurately.

I don’t know what I can do to get the information correct I answer the simple questions and then when I go to check in they say it’s inappropriate information or in accurate information! Makes it frustrating when you’re trying to get on a call and you can’t get logged in and you’re trying for the fourth and fifth time!

First of all, I love my PCP, Dr. Christy Lynn Nohra. I always appreciate her honesty, integrity and bedside manner. My preference is to only see her as a provider whenever I have appointments at Baptist Clinic Clinton, MS.

I the I really like BaptistOneCare , but I wish it would print out completely and correctly instead everything all over the place and offline. The print out looks very confusing to read especially since I usually need this documentation for different travel agencies.

As far as my visit today. I felt degraded, as if I was interfering with the young lady, (RoShonda) at the front check-in desk who was on her phone. She was so rude, disrespectful and had a bad attitude. As a health care professional, I know that the job is rewarding, because you are actually helping others in need of care. Apparently, the way (RoShonda) spoke to me and looked at me up and down she is not interested in helping others. If you don’t like your job then find another one, because you, (RoShonda) are the first individual patients see and that is not a good impression for Baptist, any employer or the patient.

It is not necessary to repeat the same information and fill in same answers when seeing the same doctor for a follow up. Page after page of the same information….past surgeries - family health background. Just repetitive to the point I resent being asked to do it over and over every time.

Give us a way to state same as before on these pages.

Other than the repetition BaptistOneCare is easy to use and easy to navigate

Gave ER nurse typed, updated meds list by diagnosis.

It even has Discontinued and Added/ Changed section.

Corrections of drugs stopped were not removed from active drug list in ER in today’s visit.

New drugs and updated dosing was not fixed.

Now, they were slammed, but there is no excuse for records not being kept perfect when lives are at risk.

I love EPIC for the speed with which I can get information; BUT the lists of drugs, allergies and surgeries needs to be correct each time it is accessed. The Patient cannot make the changes, and must see a Provider to get anything changed.

Baptist needs to require that records be updated at each visit.

BaptistOneCare is a great addition to my daily needs. I am able to see messages from all my docs. And anytime a new test is done, BaptistOneCare lets me know so I’m able to check it out. Even before the docs sometimes. I remember before BaptistOneCare and wanting to know what was going on, and having to wait to hear from my doctor. Now I can see what I need to, without bugging them. It’s great.

I love having Baptist One Care. All my doctors affiliated with Baptist post your visit notes, test results are posted here to refer back too, appts are posted for your reference. You can message back and forth with your provider. Pre-visit check ins are done through BaptistOneCare to save you time and effort at the office. It’s great!

I like using BaptistOneCare to share my opinions and feel it is important to have an opportunity to do so. Our Baptist team are always professional and have been supportive of my needs. This is helpful as l seek services and engage in the Baptist facilities. Thank you for positive attentiveness.

Gives your medical history, family history, test required, upcoming vaccinations and testing needed. I LOVE being able to schedule an appointment on BaptistOneCare and seeing for myself what times are available. I love being able to send a message through BaptistOneCare … they are quick to respond.
Can’t recommend it enough!

I had labs drawn on my way out of an office visit earlier this week. I received a call that the results were in and I had one abnormal result. I was deeply disappointed when I went onto My Chart & I couldn’t find a way to print them out. I have always been able to print my results in the past. It’s not convenient for me to go by the office as I live an hour from the office. I wish you could make it printable so I can have them with me. Thank you.

I wish every doctor had an app as easy to use and full of options as BaptistOneCare is. It gives you more control over your health and makes online services easy to locate.

I really appreciate the care I receive from the Baptist Care Clinic- the location I visit at the reservoir location is excellent. My last visit was on a Sunday and I was really thankful that they were open that day. The staff is very friendly and efficient - I have seen Dr Patel several times, she is wonderful!

Notifications from my PCP RE My health, easy to renew scripts, make appointments and use early check in. Highly recommend

BaptistOneCare is amazing. I really love the fact that you are able to see all of your visits, appointments, results, payments in one place. You get your results fast and you are able to communicate with the Doctor and nurses right on BaptistOneCare . This is just a few of the many things you can do with BaptistOneCare . I highly recommend BaptistOneCare to everyone.

I am finding this particular app quite useful - checking for upcoming appointments and the results from lab tests.
Today I also found having the results of negative Flu and Covid tests reassuring as I deal with a summer cold and those with whom I am interacting. So far no one has asked, but it’s nice to know I can pull the results up in just a few moment.
This is one of those apps that I like more and more as I realize just how many advantages it has.
And it’s free?!

I love BaptistOneCare! It is great to have the ability to make, change, and view appointments at my convenience. It is very helpful to see test results real time in MyChart instead of anxiously waiting for a call from the doctors office. I am very happy that I can list other health professionals so that my PCP knows my entire care team.

I like using BaptistOneCare to look at test results I like using it to ask what certain words mean.

I do not prefer to use it to make appointments or to check in. We all need human interaction. These staff that check you in for visits are the “face” of the clinic. It would be a shame to walk in and push buttons instead of talking to a human. I am opposed to using BaptistOneCare for this purpose instead of interaction with a human.

This is the only patient portal that is easy to use and navigate around. I have multiple health problems and multiple patient portals which are all difficult for me to figure out so I end up calling instead.

I love BaptistOneCare. I do wish users could update information as I find even though I report current events, tests with my PCP, it doesn’t get updated to MyChart from my Doctor.
Love seeing my test and lab results myself.
Enjoy that I can communicate with one of my Physicians and refilling one of my meds on MyChart. I wish all of my DRs were on BaptistOneCare.

I was having trouble signing in to my Baptist My Chart so I called the help desk phone number. I talked to COREY for several minutes and got everything straightened out! COREY was able to explain logically how to resolve the password reset process. He was KIND, very HELPFUL, and very KNOWLEDGEABLE and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT!
I believe that CoREY is a great asset to the Baptist Hospital System!!!

BaptistOneCare is great! It’s well laid out and easy to use. I have a “ridiculously long” health history and meditation list. I so much appreciate having all that AND test results, messages and the ability to ask my doctors questions registering test results!!! Kudos to all those who developed BaptistOneCare!

Once you get use to it, it’s easy to find what you need. You can text your doctor and they will text you back on business days. Usually they will get back to you the same day.

My nurse and the people at the checking in it was the best service I ever experienced I’ve really enjoyed it thank you

Best thing I like about MyChart is I can write a note when I have a question and get an answer quickly. No more phone tag. :)

My Chart is a wonderful way to keep up with your medical history as well as make appointments,etc.

Best health tool ever!! Easy to use. All health info in one place across Baptist! I also use as a proxy for my mother’s Chart - that functionality is amazing!

I love BaptistOneCare . It makes it easy to talk to my doctor or request medical advice or prescription refills. Just help fill when it comes to my work schedule when not being able to be in be seen due to demanding work schedule. I have amazing PCP and nurse Kristen is extremely responsive to messages in BaptistOneCare . It makes my life a lot easier and takes no time to get things handled when I have a medical need.

The clinic personnel are friendly, efficient and I’m always seen on time. AMAZING ! It’s hard to believe we use to sit for hours waiting to see physician. Thank you for being so prompt!

This is the best thing for older adults such as myself. I no longer have to carry all of my medication with me when visiting a new Doctor, instead all I need to do is open BaptistOneCare and there’s my list. I am also able to review any test that were given at the doctor office as soon as it’s available. . BaptistOneCare is great! Thanks for making my life a little more manageable.

BaptistOneCare is very easy to use. Once I’ve logged in, I’m able to view messages, schedule appointments, check test results, and pay my bill all from the Home Screen. I can update my prescriptions and immunizations. I love how I’m able to check in for my appointments from BaptistOneCare so there’s nothing else to do when I walk inside the clinic. Very easy.

I enjoy being able to access my medical history/records and being informed of all of my different medical issues. It’s important to know this information without having to call someone by phone and possibly not be able to speak to anyone. This is a great addition to the medical field, especially for the patients.

I love BaptistOneCare. It gives me access to my medical information and records quickly and helps keep me informed with what’s going on with me. Being able to schedule my appointments on BaptistOneCare and reschedule or cancel makes life easier for me being a deaf person that can’t use the phone without someone else’s assistance.

I enjoy all the data that I receive when visiting the doctor or staying in the hospital. Would like to have doctors tell the patients what all that info means. I would like to know if I should be doing something extra for my health.

BaptistOneCare is so easy to navigate. I love how quickly it is updated with test results, scheduled appointment and medication changes. The details are very helpful. Such a great idea to have all of my medical details at my fingertips whenever I need it.

MyChart is the best system created to interact with your provider. MyChart gives you the option to schedule appointments, cancel appointments or change and you can also pay your bills. Should you need to communicate with your doctor MyChart offers this option as well and they respond within usually 24 hours….I love it !

I had this same sight in California and it is so helpful. Everyone responds quickly and my test results are easy to understand. Thank you for having this available.

I am very happy with Fowler Cancer Center of Jonesboro!! Dr. Scroggin's and his team are the best in Jonesboro, my opinion!! They work very hard to help get rid of my Pancreatic Cancer!!! I’ve had 5 infusions, so far. I feel like it’s working in my favor, my #s are getting lower & lower!! Plus lots of prayers from Walnut Street Baptist Church, my Sunday school class, my senior citizens looking forward group, a family Church in Mountain View AR, and also my sister’s church, Friendly Hope Baptist Church in Jonesboro, and lots of family in Michigan!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The nurses in the infusion cubicles are as good as they get!! They go above and beyond and they are professional and kind hearted. I’ve never been so well taken care of in my life, except for my wife is an excellent care giver through all of this; she has to put up with a lot with me. Sometimes I’m not a very good patient!! Also the wonderful Christian ladies that come around with a cart giving snacks while you’re there for 5 or 6 hrs; very touching and kind!! Thank you for your snacks & kindness!! The only thing that would be better is to be rid of stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer altogether!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
