Force Stop the My Tides App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click My Tides app. » click "Force Stop".

Update My Tides to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear My Tides App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "My Tides app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch My Tides.
