Marine weather is “not available” on the BoatUS app at Newport OR, Charleston OR, Bandon OR, and Port Orford OR. I have reinstalled the app however still not providing marine weather.

When I select the Boat US app. On my IPAD,it flashes on and back off and does not come up on the screen.The App on my IPhone works fine,why is my IPad not working?I am running 16.1.1,which is the latest update to my 9th generation 10.2 IPad.Any help would be appreciated.

For the last month , the app keeps saying the tide station is not reporting. Can't get weather, tides. I doubt that if it was an emergency , and I needed a tow , that someone would respond .

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BoatUS app issues:

Force Stop the BoatUS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BoatUS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BoatUS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BoatUS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BoatUS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BoatUS.

Fix BoatUS unable to contact server/ BoatUS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BoatUS » "Force Stop".
