I tried to login to my account and it shows incorrect password or gmail and I tried to reset the password it shows password reset not specified for this user I don’t know what i have done wrong please I need my account back because I still have much to redeem there and please don’t try to block my account again I really the account please….you have my full star

this app is a pain..I got a new cell number, I mistakenly use it on the kiosks which is different from my old cell number which I have in my this app account..it’s been like 3 weeks I’ve been chatting with the support team, they request for same info which I provide to them ..yet they still can’t update the voucher to the phone number which is registered on my this app account..this is very frustrating coz I can’t afford to lose my funds all because of a cell number which I’ve provided all the correct info they need to update the phone number which is on the voucher to the one in my account..this app need to have an upgrade on this agent and speciality team on resolving issues like this..

I was trying to log in to my account but it shows incorrect email or password,I later figured out that my account is temporarily locked,and I got a from in my email and I already provide all the details needed it’s shows my account is still under review can someone please enlighten me,I don’t know how long the review will take and I have $2500 voucher with me and I was unable to redeem it

this app has a simple and beautiful user interface. I can quickly check the value of my investment and how BTC has grown over various time periods. Looking forward to the added features to come!

Be very careful! Once your cash hits the kiosk, this app can do whatever it feels like with your money. I deposited $100 and used my work number instead of my personal number on accident, now this app is saying “sorry about your luck, it’s ours now”. I got my wallet stolen from my truck and my is was in it... but this app already verified me with with my Id a long time ago... now they need to do it again?? Just because I sued a different phone number. Oh and their support agent was a disaster... literally said to me. “What don’t you understand about what I just said”. He literally said that and other in professional things....

This the most frustrating company to ever deal with. A friend bought some coins but can’t redeem because the your company refused to verify the account. Despite all efforts made and all details that have been provided you still won’t allow to redeem the voucher which is verify frustrating. This is bad customer service. We have tried several time to chat with whatever or whoever is in charge of your customer care yet nothing has been done this is bad and awful. If you are not ready to serve appropriately then dissolve your company rather than frustrating your customers

I bought Vouchers but I can’t redeem it cos this app blocked my account. I tried to unblock the account but they won’t do it. I opened another account with a different phone number. The least you could do what to help me change the number on Purchase they won’t do that either. How do I explain that I lost more than $7,500 on voucher that I cannot redeem. And they’re not giving options for reimbursement. This is a sham, Avoid this app. I repeat Avoid Coinme. They just wanna steal your money. Wish o could write a review without any star.

I tried to login but they asked for my mobile number which I only have one. Once I put my number in, I get an error message that says that it is already with another account! Coinme needs to be updated so we don’t have this message. I don’t have any time to head to my nearest Vons and buy bitcoin at the kiosk. I was hoping that this one will be updated soon so I can buy it via iPhone.

1st off Coinme and website will definitely delete your debit cards 💳. I had 2 cards and they have been cleared off my account and I never had issues. 2 sorry customer service with calling and chatting 💬. MoneyGram dose not work and ppl are not trained on how to do it from the teller side and it’s always down. If things worked this would be a good app and crypto wallet. Need more ways to transfer money and crypto and lower gas fees. Will have to find a app like this that is easier plus safe to do local business.

The interface is simple which is a plus, but if you have money in bitcoin, and you want to move it to another currency you need to pay out at a Moneygram location and then use a second transaction to put the money back in.

There needs to be a way to sell your currency, and just have it in your account then when the market is right for you, you buy what you want without involving a trip to a grocery store.

this app needs to allow customers to redeem vouchers to any of there favorites account not only attached to a specific number

I tried so many times to sign up from the website but I couldn’t, when I tried on Coinme it was easy and fast! And it was easier and fast the redeem and sell. I’m going to keep using this app. Thanks!

What I thought would turn out to be a financial nightmare, surprisingly seemed easier with this app at my local Coinstar Station. I now find myself taking extra time to learn the ins and outs of bitcoin, bitcoin cash and other innovative currencies.

It really simple and easy
You get to buy bitcoin from their machines and put it on your wallet without no troubles

I purchased btc from a this app atm 3 days ago. I made an account verified everything ID etc…. When I go to get my wallet address or even redeem my voucher coin me is not creating a wallet for me. It’s just spinning . I talked to customer support and they said this app has been down and IT is working on issue!!!!!!! Now I’m reading and seeing this happens a lot!!!!! I want my btc! This is ridiculous!!!!!! Worst company I need to be reached out to asap!!!

I recently just visited a coin me merchant and I put my money in the machine then I got the voucher to go ahead and sign up to redeem my bitcoin all of a sudden they can’t scan my ID then it’s saying that they can’t open the account for me so I just lost money. Worse app ever don’t recommend.
And don’t waste your time trying to get in contact with customer service they going to send you straight to voicemail.

After my first transaction on Coinme. I’ve had my account blocked and can’t access my account and I can’t do a password change. Now i can’t access my account and I’ve called this app and they said they will get back to me within 24 hours but it’s been a week now and i still haven’t heard from this app and still can’t access my account.

App works great, time at this app machine was short But BTC exchange rate was approx $2000 over market rates on exchanges , plus 4% fees make transaction a poor choice for someone wanting to accumulate BTC

Have been using this app for quite some time now this is the second time I’m having problems with Coinme first was unable to send coins out using Coinme until I use the web now I can’t finally get into the account anymore I’d give a five star when this is settled and can you stop blocking my account

The service is horrible you can’t talk to anyone but you can chat on the help but that doesn’t really help because they keep asking the same prop menu questions that don’t help you with the situation I cannot redeem my voucher because none of the icons work on Coinme or the website where is my money

I don’t have a lot of experience navigating exchanges and Coinme makes it easy to buy/ sell Bitcoin with cash. Very seamless.

Voucher

Not sure why someone would use them. They charge a 11% transaction fee and then there’s still the standard Bitcoin transaction fee to send to another wallet. There is no option to choose sat per byte so Bitcoin transaction fee can be high.

It was a very bad experience when I realized that to verify a this app account will be very hard. You should make it easy for users to be able to verify when opening an account. Please I don’t mind if I see anybody that can help me redeem my voucher card and take 30% of the money. This whole thing is annoying.

this app is a fraud organization. Buying coin at the atm and getting to know the rate is different after redeeming the voucher. And with your new policy of not editing number so someone can help hit or her friend redeem a voucher will make your business die soon. You guys are not only the bitcoin company so don’t think someone can’t easily look for another atm to use

Can’t send bitcoin from my this app by to other wallet like ; Blockchain ,coinbase. I can only send to remitano wallet. Pls check to this . Should be. Able to transfer to any other bitcoin wallet without problem
