The the app will not allow me to log in, I have used the captcha, I have changed tried to change passwords, nothing helps it won't log in, No Sleep reports, I have to recharge it every day, it just doesn't work.

Purchased a DayBand and download the app and it’s working in every area but the Sleep it’s now been three nights with no data on sleep. I try to tighter on my wrist loose on my wrist as this is replacing a Fitbit ?Can someone please respond.

My husband got us both a watch about 6 months ago. His watch had to be recharged every 4 days, but my goes for two weeks without charging. But the app is what sucks, for the first 3 months it worked fine, then it stopped syncing, it tries to but only gets 54% and stopped, with a flash saying to finish syncing. But it still keeps track of the steps and sleep. Now if I open the app. that was always open (no i did not make any changes) it just says something went wrong, and to see if the vendor has an update. No matter how many times i check NO UPDATES. So now I will just go buy another Fitbit, that I know the app works. I would not recamend anyone buying a tracker that uses the DayBand app.

This was rated #1 and it is so sadly mis-rated since there is huge connection and communication issues. Struggled for a day with multiple tries to register. Then whe I finally figured out the tegistration issue I was unable to bind with my phone. I want to return it

Just received the watch and did all the steps to connect to phone which is a Samsung note 20s and I can not connect. Won't even let me sign in.

This dayband is severely messed up. I bought 2 and neither will set or capture the time etc. Yesterday I got mine wet when I washed my hands and it stopped working several hours later. I thought it needed to be charged now it won't t even charge. I want to return both of them for a refund. How do I do that?

Dose not work will not take my BP or Heart rate or sleeping at night dose everything else I believing use want one that works did everything it said to work and it dose not I'am I being scam

I can't sign on like a lot of people. I just want to send watch back and get a refund. This is just another rip off

You make it so difficult to get into dayband. I click the GetCapcha and it counts down 30 seconds and then quits. The watch itself does not work well. Sometime I press to turn on I get nothing. Sometimes I do but then I can't scroll through screens. BPM doesn't stay alive long enough to read my results. really sucks.

I was able to get the Dayband through my job for free as a gift for christmas. The first time i installed it everything went well, it measured my heartbeat, blood pressure and oxygen level well. Unfortunately when i slept with the watch on so that it could measure my sleeping too since the next day everything else still works well but it doesn't measure the heartbeat, blood pressure or oxygen anymore. Is there a way to solve this because i tried everything, i tried disconnecting the watch from the phone and binding it again, i tried resetting it, i tried restarting my phone and the Dayband watch but nothing works. Once a while it measures the heartbeat again but not like before every 10 minutes or 30 minutes. Can i maybe receive information in how to solve this or could i maybe receive a new Dayband watch because i am fund of the watch especially because i have health problems so the measurements are very handy for me to be able to see.

This watch fucking sucks and a serious rip off! It is a shame that people are out here ripping off senior citizens who are trying to maintain their health. It only comes on for a second. When it’s fully charged it does not track and display correctly. I can't set any of the features that supposed to be tracked on the watch. Because the freaking app will not work after downloading. I ordered this watching thinking it would be easy, simple to use and accurate. Let me tell you I was wrong. You have to pay shipping to return it. The shipping cost more than the freaking watch. I am totally disappointed. I will be reporting this to the Federal Bureu as a scammer website purchase. I may not get my money back, but I am going to report it.

This watch fucking sucks. It doesn’t turn on and it’s fully charged when it does turn on it is on for a secound cant set time, have to pay to use the watch and you cant even see the temps. I won this on an arcade machine online and it sucks. I cant even get any money back.

Just bought it I fully charged it but it will not connect to my iPhone when I put it by phone

Returning watch too cumbersome to use

Have a Samsung Galaxy A10e that I'm trying to synch with a KoreTrak smart watch. I install dayband, delete and restart Bluethooth but cannot pair it with the watch. What should I be lloking for? Any help would be appreciated. How do I know if the watch is in the sharing mode?

how do you register when the CAPTCHA does not allow it? Please help

I returned by DayBand the end of December, and it was received by you on January 4. I still have not received my refund, The watch was returned because it would not connect with my phone. Please process my refund immediately. Thank you. Thank you.
