This company is a big scam. Not only do they lie a credit card transaction takes several minutes, just to get truckers install their app to steal personal information, they charge very high percentage for said transactions. When you pay without an app you’re stuck in a loop that this might take several minutes but your actual account gets charged right away. Good trick for stealing your information from your phone which then gets sold and re sold through data brokerages which is their actual business. Do not fall for that scam.

When calling Relay for help and a agent answers, most of the time is someone that has a limited amount of knowledge or, someone who just likes to pass responsibility unto others instead of doing it themselves; maybe they’re just being lazy or just don’t want to deal and help a costumer. All the times I have called for costumer support, I get transferred to multiple agents at least 3 or 4; for the last one to tell me that they can’t help me or, the phon call going to an automated message. It is very unsatisfactory to know you have lazy and incompetent employees.
SCAM APP DONT USE IT

I used it and it's not good false advertising fuel prices aren't what they should be I just paid extra 100$ for using this godamn app like 5 minutes before I post this if you have it or thinking about using it don't f this app Mudflap or anything is better then this app. I uninstalled it I will never use this app again. I asked if they could reimburse the money to make it okay and they can't do anything customer service isn't good at all here.
