The phone number on the card does not connect to you, your site will not acctivate the card, and based on the above comments I can bet I never hear from you... This by far is the worse experience I have ever had any company!!

Tried using a Peak Rebate card from North Lane. Has been declined at over 21 places, "worthless" Card is not acceptable for any transaction because it is a DEPIT CARD. I would like a Paper Check mailed to me to replace this card!

I have not been able to access my money because you locked my account when I attempted to move it to my local bank. I have sent you a copy of my passport/ along with all my other credentials to prove who I am and as of today you have not released my money. I have been back home off the cruise ship that I was employed with for over a week, and you are still holding my money. As of today, I believe I should hire an attorney.

I've been trying to activate and register my card for over two (2) hours, saying password doesn't match ( did that for at least six,(6) times. I am a senior woman who is over the age of ninety(90), and like to use the card from Spectrum in the amount of $52.04 before the Good Master calls me home. I received a debit card in the mail addressed to "estate of Patricia C, Seto" who is my deceased wife as of 11-14-2021. The amount is $202.36. I tried to activate the card by calling the number provided on the card. An operator asks for the card number. I enter the number, and an automated operator announces that there are no services available, says "goodbye" and hangs up. At another time I call the number on the back of the card and an operator tells me to enter the 16-digit number on the back of the care. I do so, but before I can complete entering the numbers, an operator cuts me off and disconnects. Again, I try to contact them. They ask for my 16-digit number. This time I enter the first 4 numbers but won't let me enter any more numbers. After a message, they hang up. All I am trying to do is access the estate of my late wife to accept the money due. I have read many other complaints about this company that echo the same experiences I have received from this company. For your information, on the back of the card, is "This card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., member FDIC. pursuant to license by Mastercard International. This card is administered by North Lane Technologies, Inc."

My brother died and I got a debit card with his name for the rebate on his phone bill. I called and they said they would send a check. It’s made out to “Estate of Louis Turala”. The bank said they couldn’t cash it without an estate account. We do not have a bank estate account we are working with another financial agency. Can they send a debt card in my name, please? I transferred money onto my cars just for it to disappear and then when I contacted them about it they said that there wasn't a transfer but it shows it when I go to look at the balance but they have it as If it got spent but I had never used the card it was a new card explain that to me a bunch of thieves if you ask me

AT&T owes me a refund. I have tried for three days to register, activate the card that was sent to me and the messages are NOT RECONIZED AND OR THE POSTAL CODE IS IN ERROR. I cannot use the card issued as a refund, neither can I register or log in to northlane .com and it will expire in a month. Why can I not just get a check instead? Its my money which is being refunded by Verizon. The telephone number is also useless since you cannot speak to anybody and no one has a solution to the problem. IT IS MY MONEY AND I WANT MY REFUND THE WAY I PAID IT!!

I am trying to activate a prepaid master Card issued to me by AT&T for a refund due to me. I have been calling the phone number listed on the card but it doesn't seem to connect. It always say "call failed". When I tried to use the login, I was being asked for the postal code used in the package. I did input my postal code from my address but it doesn't accept it? Fix glitches !!!!

I’ve been using this app for quite a while now and didn’t have any issues. It’s fairly basic app and I just login to check my balance that’s it. Recently I kept getting an error that my password is invalid or I’ve been locked out of my account. I have my passwords save and just use facial recognition. There should be no reason app is telling me password is wrong lol

Zero stars, but they won’t let me give fewer than 1…

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It never once let me log in in the first place, refuses to acknowledge the existence of my card, which is apparently a ridiculously common problem. Just call the phone number, it’ll save you a ton of headaches, and you’ll actually be able to access your information.

Website and app are worthless. Just call the number on back of card.

Tried to activate a refund on MC via the website and app. No success on either. Ended up calling the number to activate and that worked as it should. In a day of technology possibilities, it’s disappointing that they got this so wrong. Complete waste of time. I spent more in labor to activate than the $1.17 refund on the card.
