When calling Relay for help and a agent answers, most of the time is someone that has a limited amount of knowledge or, someone who just likes to pass responsibility unto others instead of doing it themselves; maybe they’re just being lazy or just don’t want to deal and help a costumer. All the times I have called for costumer support, I get transferred to multiple agents at least 3 or 4; for the last one to tell me that they can’t help me or, the phon call going to an automated message. It is very unsatisfactory to know you have lazy and incompetent employees.
The people who work in customer service do not know the product they are selling, a simple question about how to access my account through the website, they didn’t know how to answer it.
They was making questions to everybody around them to come with a conclusion.
USER WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE WEBSITE, ONLY THROUGH RelayPayments .

Attention all truckers/carriers DO NOT use this to receive payment because you will not get paid until the broker pays them. So basically you are at the mercy of the broker and have no leverage! You will get paid weeks later and they still will take 3%. Stick with your traditional factoring company so at least you’ll get paid in a reasonable time frame.
This company is a big scam. Not only do they lie a credit card transaction takes several minutes, just to get truckers install their app to steal personal information, they charge very high percentage for said transactions. When you pay without an app you’re stuck in a loop that this might take several minutes but your actual account gets charged right away. Good trick for stealing your information from your phone which then gets sold and re sold through data brokerages which is their actual business. Do not fall for that scam.
I used it and it's not good false advertising fuel prices aren't what they should be I just paid extra 100$ for using this godamn app like 5 minutes before I post this if you have it or thinking about using it don't f RelayPayments Mudflap or anything is better then RelayPayments. I uninstalled it I will never use RelayPayments again. I asked if they could reimburse the money to make it okay and they can't do anything customer service isn't good at all here.

I am a truck driver who has been utilizing your application for fuel payments and other services. Previously, I used the Pilot app, which allowed me to refuel my truck in a matter of seconds by entering a single code—a process that was both quick and convenient.
However, after transitioning to Relay Payments, I have encountered several challenges:
• Increased fueling time: The current process requires physically inserting a card and manually entering multiple numbers and additional information, significantly slowing down the fueling procedure.
• Adverse weather conditions: In situations involving rain, snow, cold, or heat, the necessity to spend extended periods at the pump causes discomfort and delays not only for myself but also for other drivers.
The current situation appears to be a step backward in terms of convenience and efficiency. I kindly request that you consider the following improvements:
1. Simplify the payment process: Reintroduce or implement functionality that allows for refueling with minimal steps, similar to the previous experience with the Pilot app.
I hope you understand these concerns and can address them promptly. Enhancing these aspects will likely increase satisfaction among many drivers and make your application more user-friendly and efficient.

Normally RelayPayments is really useful and makes lumper payments pretty simple. Problem is the new update dropped and now RelayPayments doesn’t respond at all on my Apple devices. Tried contacting app support and that page is down as well. Not a good move to release a sub standard update when an entire industry depends on you Relay.
They are not saying it but there is a 3% fee for credit and debit cards.. Make sure you screenshot that fee showing the “full amount” because it will not show up again ANYWHERE! It will only show what you paid the lumpers, NOT the Relay 3% fees.. And if you contact them, it will take up to 5 days to get a full receipt showing their fees! And by that time it will be too late to get reimbursed by the Broker.l for those fee.. How is it so hard for them to not understand already that this is a flawed method! You should be able to see your lumper fee “AND THEIR FEES” without ANY HASSLE!!! FIX THIS already RELAY....
I think its wrong for not giving the final price until we start paying then we have to make another call after check has been issued already for the payment. This check becomes useless as soon as the price changes. Please remember this transaction takes place at the middle of the night. We have to wake someone up two times for one payment and that is seriously wrong. I hope this issue will be addressed soon. Thank you.
Three times it appeared to freeze when processing payment. It said please wait while we process payment but when you press the back button it did process.
I I love RelayPayments it’s easy convenience number waiting around they should have this long time ago but we have cell phones when I started driving

Love it, needs a slight more discounts & more truck stops, you should do bank routing/checking account transaction option instead of card only. Allow users to save an additional extra cents off for using a bank transaction. Overall very simple & helpful app for owner operators trying to save a few dollars on diesel.
