How to fix EZQuick app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EZQuick app on iPhone
Update EZQuick app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EZQuick iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EZQuick on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EZQuick network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EZQuick Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EZQuick not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EZQuick App
1. On android, goto Settings » EZQuick » click [Force Stop]

Update EZQuick to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EZQuick App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EZQuick » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EZQuick.

Fix EZQuick unable to contact server/ EZQuick internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EZQuick » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EZQuick » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EZQuick
