Gong Cha DC MD VA Reviews

I’m looking for the gong cha on foster ave in Brooklyn, NY but when I try to search for it this location doesn’t come up instead it gives me gong cha locations that are in different state. Please let me know if this is possible to fix and I will change my review. I wanted to place an order via GongChaDCMDVA but I couldn’t because it doesn’t find the location in Brooklyn

Never tried it. This is for GongChaDCMDVA . I really wanted babble tea, and they were the only store opened on Sunday late.
The reason why I downloaded GongChaDCMDVA - cuz I didn’t have my wallet with me and I wanted to pay with the phone. So I found the location on Google (millburn nj), And followed the link to download GongChaDCMDVA from their site….
Unfortunately , GongChaDCMDVA couldn’t find any locations in NJ, instead kept showing me a different state . 150 miles away . I tired enabling/disabling location, but nothing worked .

After playing with it for 15 minutes, I decided to get Something else instead .

I used to go to gong cha all the time and eventually signed up for the rewards because, well, why not? It worked for a long time and I was excited to get the buy 10 get 1 free deal because it added +1 drink with every purchase. Once i got to 9/10, it stopped counting any purchased at lal since March. I thought it was just a bug and would resolve after a while, but i've bought at least 10 drinks since then. It still hasnt been fixed and I also haven't gotten the general rewards points at all :/ I emailed customer service and they were no help. It's a good app for pre-ordeeing but thats really all it's good for as the rewards dont work anymore.

Why is my order ready at 9:09pm when you close at 9:00pm?! I get turning the lights off but why lock the door if you know you have last minute orders. I couldn’t even contact the store. The number on their website just asked me if I’m hurt call 911.......so I can’t pick up my order and I couldn’t cancel my order and get a refund. After 5mins someone finally came to the door to see if I was picking up. I get off work around 8pm and try to get there before their closed but I think I’m just going to go to the place near my job. I don’t want to experience this again.

I downloaded GongChaDCMDVA because I saw the rewards, but I have not gone back ever since I downloaded GongChaDCMDVA . If I’m thinking about being a long term customer, I would want to get reward points.

The reason why I haven’t gone back is because the shop near me does not show up in any of the apps. I know GongChaDCMDVA only support shops in certain states, but even then the other apps does not support my state or have the store near me. No idea if the shop is ever gonna be added so I’m not sure if I want to go back.

There’s a bunch of different apps covering different parts of the US. I travel and would prefer not to download a new app each time. Can’t the parent company sponsor one that ALL the franchise use??
Also note, the one for DeMarVa doesn’t even cover all the stores in that area! What gives?

Just downloaded GongChaDCMDVA following a friend’s suggestion. It’s fairly easy to register (less than 30 seconds for me—since only name and phone numbers are needed). It incorporates the satellite location function and one can be immediately matched with their closest location or choose one from the map. It also provides all sorts of order customization, including ingredient options, sizes, temperatures, and pickup time, etc. Overall a great app!

I love gong cha and go there a lot. Reward system
is pretty good but my only issue with it was my last transaction. I had about $10 worth of money through GongChaDCMDVA but GongChaDCMDVA wouldn't let me use those to get drinks and also i tried in person and there wasn't anything that could be done from them so I had to pay out of pocket and not use my point money.

GongChaDCMDVA has a cute interface and works well. Only suggestion is to provide helpful information for coupons and how to redeem them. If you buy 10 drinks, you’ll get one free MEDIUM drink. Great app otherwise!

To be frank, I’m not that kind of person who regularly writes reviews. Was recommended by a friend for the tea place a while ago and downloaded GongChaDCMDVA trying to take advantage of the promotion couple weeks ago. I felt it deserved a good review after using it a few times.

GongChaDCMDVA is very well designed and super easy to navigate through all options, way beyond my expectations. I have to say it is probably the smoothest app I have ever used. As a customer, I can care less about those fancy features. All I wanted is how I can easily order what I need. GongChaDCMDVA does exactly just that and provides great user experience with the simplicity, the speed/smoothness as well as the integration of Apple Pay option, etc.

My only ask, please provide a link for easy access to reviews in GongChaDCMDVA . When trying to write my review, I was not able to find it and had to go to App Store to search, a little hassle but not a big deal.

Great APP! Great bubbles! This is the best and freshest bubble tea I have ever had. GongChaDCMDVA is very intuitive and easy to maneuver. The best of it: you can get HALF off when you use GongChaDCMDVA to order. Highly recommend.

I am a big boba fan and this is one of my favorite boba brands! They have a lot of tastes and a lot of personalization options. With GongChaDCMDVA, I could order boba any time and pick up easily. Highly recommend GongChaDCMDVA to any boba lover 🥰

It does exactly whats needed and it does it well. Straight to the point, intuitive and nicely designed. Wish more apps for ordering were like this, makes ordering so easy.

GongChaDCMDVA is far better than Chownow one. It have so many pictures and looks beautiful. Also it has great reward program. Highly recommend !

GongChaDCMDVA was very well built with easy and convenient features to allow customers going through the ordering flow. I like the following features:
1. Account creation - integration with apple accounts with add-on mobile phone verification
2. Clean and easy menu selections- selecting drinks with clear navigation
3. Easy payment- integration with Apple Pay is nicely done
4. Promotions- first time 50% off, yummy
5. Smooth store selection and navigation - orders can be made with a scheduled time even when the store is closed. Choice of apple or google map adds one-click ease to start driving map.

The only suggestion I have is to provide some details on vast number of choices like what they are for and how they taste.

The bubble tea is sweet; GongChaDCMDVA is even sweeter! Not only is it easy to use, it’s also convenient for bubble tea lover like me. GongChaDCMDVA helps me save both time and money. I also love the promotions and rewards GongChaDCMDVA gives. The Referral Bonus and bubbles gallery are nice as well! Super nice app overall.

I don’t live too far away from the Spot where this establishment is located. I love going there the staff is great the drinks are great and worth the price. They also have tons of deals and a great rewards program it worth signing up. I you haven’t been and aren’t too far I would greatly recommend it.

This is an app that is easy to check the menu, place orders and track orders.

The design is beautiful and elegant!
