Could not find location in Nj

Never tried it. This is for the app. I really wanted babble tea, and they were the only store opened on Sunday late.
The reason why I downloaded the app- cuz I didn’t have my wallet with me and I wanted to pay with the phone. So I found the location on Google (millburn nj), And followed the link to download the app from their site….
Unfortunately , the app couldn’t find any locations in NJ, instead kept showing me a different state . 150 miles away . I tired enabling/disabling location, but nothing worked .
After playing with it for 15 minutes, I decided to get Something else instead .
Doesn’t find the location I need

I’m looking for the gong cha on foster ave in Brooklyn, NY but when I try to search for it this location doesn’t come up instead it gives me gong cha locations that are in different state. Please let me know if this is possible to fix and I will change my review. I wanted to place an order via the app but I couldn’t because it doesn’t find the location in Brooklyn
Stopped counting my rewards

I used to go to gong cha all the time and eventually signed up for the rewards because, well, why not? It worked for a long time and I was excited to get the buy 10 get 1 free deal because it added +1 drink with every purchase. Once i got to 9/10, it stopped counting any purchased at lal since March. I thought it was just a bug and would resolve after a while, but i've bought at least 10 drinks since then. It still hasnt been fixed and I also haven't gotten the general rewards points at all :/ I emailed customer service and they were no help. It's a good app for pre-ordeeing but thats really all it's good for as the rewards dont work anymore.
