- Unable to update firmware

- Doesn't record everything

- Doesn't track sleeping patterns like it should

- Glitch or bug in the app or syncing capability

- Product is extremely cheap

- Lasted from December to April

- Had to pay for shipping to replace it

- New one lasted only two weeks before it stopped working

My phone will not load the 3plus pro app.

On the 3+ pro app when I go to the watch face settings. The screen is totally blank all of the sudden. It just shows the words "watch faces" at the top with a back arrow at top left corner

My watch is not and had not connected to my app. It is connected to the Bluetooth but it keeps saying I need an app which I hv and so I deleted it reinstalled it and it still won't connect to the app. Any suggestions
