My phone will not load the 3plus pro app.
My 3plus hr+ accidently reset it now all I get is the scan barcode screen and on offf. The app isn't sending a code just want it reset
On the 3+ pro app when I go to the watch face settings. The screen is totally blank all of the sudden. It just shows the words "watch faces" at the top with a back arrow at top left corner
My watch is not and had not connected to my app. It is connected to the Bluetooth but it keeps saying I need an app which I hv and so I deleted it reinstalled it and it still won't connect to the app. Any suggestions

my watch is currently off but when it does come on it comes on for like 5 minutes and turns of again but that is about once a week
