Although a membership fee is charged from my card every month, I can never log in to this app either through Exxen or the web browser. Exxen does not open at all, and when I try to log in from the web, a pop-up appears saying that you cannot log in from the country you are in. If you are starting a business like digital TV and you have fees from your members, you have to offer quality access to people in return, otherwise you will compromise on quality and lose your members day by day.

App kesinlikle açılmıyor, web üzerinden girmeye çalıştığımda da bulunduğunuz ülkeden giriş yapamıyorsunuz diye bir pop up çıkıyor. Dijital tv gibi bir işe girişiyor ve üyelerinizden bununla ilgili ücretlendirmeleriniz var ise bunun karşılığında insanlara kaliteli bir erişim sunmak zorundasınız aksi takdirde kaliteden çokça ödün vermiş olup üyelerinizi gün geçtikçe kaybedersiniz
Exxen is full of bugs. Gets locked arbitrarily. I am surprised Apple let Exxen to be released with this many bugs.
If I could give zero stars I would.

It has lots of glitches. Streaming is good but please test it after use design it. Lots of good examples out there.
There is no way to subscribe via Exxen. And when i try to subsribe via web it gives error. I think there is no way to sign up from USA.
It doesn’t save any of the shows that I watch. And sometimes it closes the shows while I’m watching them. I’m gonna come back and give a better review once that’s fixed.
How are you going to charge 9$ countries out of Turkey and won’t even give us all shows/movies Turkey has? Also app has so many bugs and glitches. I’m sorry but Exxen is worth .99 cents.
Voice over Turkey Rap only has 8 episodes in Exxen but we all know that show has season 2.. anyway my rate is 1
I likes the idea on this app and We bought the application . But every single time I need to renter my password. It’s not like Netflix. I entered my password only one time , for this app it’s completely different I have to reenter my password every single time . Please do something about it
I’ve never seen this much bad app in my life before. Imagine being the most successful tv content creators in Turkey and having this much bad application. I believe you guys can make it better. We do not deserve this. Please fix these bugs or you will lose your customers!!!!
The content is good. Regardless they release app without fixing bugs. Exxen is freeze sometimes it doesn't open main page and so on. After new version release I update my app now I can't watch anything cause sounds goes off and coming back every 10 seconds.
Imagine that you got a phone call and paused a video, now you cannot continue without watching ads. So many ads. No rhyme or reason. App crashes, so many bugs. Does not really remember where you left off. For a 30 min show, having 10 ads is extreme. I will probably cancel.
Video Player has too many bugs. Can’t pause, can’t replay, can’t remember the last timestamp.
Apple tv app has an annoying bug that asks you to play the next episode in 8 seconds but there is no cancel button so you can’t watch the last minute of the show before it goes to the next episode.
The content is really entertaining (3-stars). However, Exxen has lots of bugs that need fixing. I’m kind of surprised they released it with so many bugs. Videos freeze. Lots of adds, sometimes within minutes of one another. No timeout on video buttons during playback. Too many to list. Will continue to watch because I like the talented cast they have.

I subscribed almost all streaming services, this app has great contents also Konusanlar is my favorite! Need to give a chance for the new platforms.
