Bad service

Whenever I try to open FRiENDiPAY I get an error message. Tried for a while and tried to add money to the wallet, but the cash did not appear. When I tried to contact customercare, I couldn't get it. When I contacted WhatsApp, there was no reply

Frustrating and Unreliable

Poor design, constant crashes, slow performance, and unresponsive/unprofessional customer support make this application frustrating and unusable.

The important word is IF. It rarely works at all. And not worth the effort for a 2500 daily limit. You can send more at slightly lower rates with other banks and service providers.

مجرد توثق في ابشر بياخذ كل معلوماتك، ولا بيفتح المحفظه مباشر بيخليك تحت المراجعه، و خدمة العملاء اسوء من ماتتصور، اتصلت بخدمات العملاء رد على واحد من باكستاني او من الهند ويرفضون التعاون، طلب منهم إلغاء المحفظة عن طريق الاتصال والواتساب ويرفضوا الغاءها، كانت تحت المراجعه وطلبت الغاءها قبل ماتفتح والغاء ملفي بالكامل ورفضو وفتحوا المحفظة ولا في اي استجابه من منهم، البرنامج بيعلق، ومحدود في اضافة الاموال ولايقبل إضافة إلا من مدى. جداً سيئين. وطبعا حتى حد التحويل للمحفضة بياخذ معلومات راتبك بعد التوثيق على اساس هو يحدد الحد المناسب لك.

برنامج يعتمد على النصب والاحتيال وانا لا اعلم كيف مرتبط ب ابشر.. كل ماذكر من التعليقات صحيحة .. تم تحويل ٢٥٠٠ ريال للمحفظة لا يمكن تحويلها داخليا او خارجيا بمعنى ان المبلغ مجمد يكون فى حسابك وهو مسروق بالاصل
