Whenever I try to open the app I get an error message. Tried for a while and tried to add money to the wallet, but the cash did not appear. When I tried to contact customercare, I couldn't get it. When I contacted WhatsApp, there was no reply

The important word is IF. It rarely works at all. And not worth the effort for a 2500 daily limit. You can send more at slightly lower rates with other banks and service providers.
